As the airlines scramble to pass on the skyrocketing fuel costs to you, the passenger, we all have to stay alert to just where added charges are turning up. You’re probably aware that most airlines now are charging if you check “extra” baggage. They all will allow you to check one bag at no cost, but then the cost of checking goes up pretty dramatically.
