- Check-In: 45 minutes prior to your tour time
- No Experience Necessary
- Age & Weight Limits: Ages 4 and up, 35 lbs. minimum, 275 lbs. maximum
- Weather: Tours run rain or shine, with rainwear provided if needed
- Footwear: Closed-toe shoes required; sneakers or hiking boots recommended
- Preparation: Tie back long hair, secure glasses with a strap, and remove sharp objects from pockets
- Physical Activity: Must be able to climb three flights of stairs and walk short distances
- Health Restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women, those with serious medical conditions, or individuals with prior back and neck injuries
