Today we check in with Brian Berusch co-author of the bestselling Book, Food to Write Home About : Hawaii
Brian has been wanting to write this book for quite some time, he’s know Bill Tobin (local restaurateur) socially for a long time. About 7 years ago he approached Brian with the idea for the book. It piqued Brian’s interest & instinct for a good story to tell and he get excited to bring it to life.
After coming to Hawaii many years ago to peruse a engineering degree (from rural Nebraska) Bill’s plan was pretty much the same as most; he’d get his degree and head back to the farm.
There was one big problem; Hawaii happened.
….and the rest is history.
