Yes it rains in Hawaii and today we talk about things that you can do when you encounter a little unexpected weather. Most of the time when the rains it’s a short-lived thing. It rains for a few minutes or an hour and it’s done. However, there are times when fronts move in and the clouds and rain stick around for awhile. Sometimes, (like the past few days here)when a front comes through it stalls because there’s no wind to carry it away so it can rain for a few days. I asked some of our Facebook friends for some suggestions about what to do during rainy weather in Hawaii and got some great ideas. I was surprised how many people suggested just driving around in the rain looking for waterfalls. When we get a significant rain, waterfalls appear in places that don’t normally, which makes for a spectacular site.
Every Friday we answer questions from podcast listeners about any topic related to Hawaii vacations were the tourism industry here in the islands. If you have a question you would like to submit, I would love hear from you so please e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org Big shout out to a podcast listener, turned customer Paul Koscinski. He is coming here in July and is going to Oahu and the Big Island. I like this choice because Oahu has almost everything that all the other islands have except an active volcano so combining these two islands you get it all. Remember, you can always catch her show live every Tuesday and Friday at 1 PM.
