Chef Roy Yamaguchi prepares a special holiday dinner and we show you the main course which was Tempura Moi with Avocado, Grapefruit,Myoga nanbanzuke and Nitsume Sauce. The flavors were incredible and made you wishing you had more. We also got a chance to sample Lobster Sausage and a Roasted Pineapple with bacon Carmel Ice Cream.
