Sing it with me: “If you’re happy, and you know it…you must be in Hawaii!”
The islands’ beautiful beaches and warm weather surely puts anyone in a brighter mood, and for the fourth year in a row, Hawaii ranks as the happiest and healthiest in the nation.
Quite fitting for a place called the Aloha State. There’s a sense of warmth and love that permeates through the land, the people and the culture. It can be found in even the simplest of things, like the gift of a flower lei or a kind gesture. The aloha spirit is very much alive!
So is the sun and the surf. You can count on there being warm weather almost all year long and warm waters, too. The average water temp is 78-degrees, which explains why so many people head to the beach every chance they get. After all, “The cure for anything is saltwater,” right? Being near the ocean will do so much more than a massage or nap can ever do; well, in my opinion anyway!
Also being outdoors will bring on happiness. Who wants to spend their whole day inside of a mall or in their hotel room? From hiking to swimming, Hawaii offers a plethora of activities to do outdoors. Activities that get you moving, your adrenalin pumping and your endorphins soaring to an all-time high. Together, they become pieces to a puzzle of pure happiness!
Still don’t believe me? Then get to Hawai and see for yourself!
