Stormtroopers in Hawaii For Holidays

The Force will be h3 in Hawaii this holiday season, when Star Wars Stormtroopers file into Honolulu Hale later this week. They’ll be collecting toys to give to Jedis-in-the-making that aren’t as fortunate.

As part of a worldwide Star Wars organization called 501st Legion of Stormtroopers, the costumed characters bring a unique kind of cheer during this season of giving. One that will be especially appealing to Hawaii’s huge Star Wars fan base. I mean, have you seen the “Hang Loose Yoda” figurine? Surely, this hits close to home for fanatics. Now with actual Stormtroopers in the “ Hale” (house, woop woop), they’ve got a lot to look forward to this holiday season.

You, too, can help pass on the Force. Bring a new and unwrapped toy to Honolulu Hale this Friday to help make the holidays brighter for hundreds of children throughout the nation. The toys will go toward the Toys for Toys program, which the U.S. Marine Corps has been participating in since 1947.

In return, you’ll get to meet the best soldiers in the galaxy, so bring your camera and lightsabers for the Rise of the Honolulu Hale Empire.
