Oh Baby! Alex O’Loughlin To Be a Daddy Again

On the very same day Hawaii Five-0 actor Scott Caan stuffed his face with birthday cake, fellow Five-0 co-star had some birth news of his own. Alex O’Loughlin and his girlfriend, Hawaiian model Malia Jones, are about to be parents…again, E! Online confirmed yesterday.

O’Loughlin at last year’s season premiere Sunset On the Beach event. Wonder if the daddy news gave him a similar look of joy?

This is the first child for the couple, who already have children from previous relationships. O’Loughlin has a 15-year-old son named Saxon and Jones has a 3-year-old boy named Spike (with surfer ex-husband Luke Stedman). Jones is also a former U.S. Amateur Surfing champion. (She rips!)

They’ve been together for a year and have been spotted together on the red carpet many times, including the 9th Annual G’Day USA Los Angeles Black Tie Gala earlier in January. They’re both used to the being in the spotlight, however; in addition to Five-0, Australian-born O’Loughlin has starred in The Back-up Plan (with actress/singer Jennifer Lopez) and August Rush. Jones has appeared in Coca-Cola, Capri Sun and American Express commercials, as well as featured in magazines such as Sports Illustrated and Esquire.

No word yet on the baby’s due date or gender. But one thing’s for sure; good genes from both mommy and daddy mean this little baby-to-be will be a looker!
