Honolulu Festival from March 13 to March 15 2009
Few weeks ago, we get the invite from our friend in the mail. When I open, the invitation is for Honolulu Festival. I was so surprise. I was so lookng forward to visit it
The Honolulu festival is March 13 to 15. There are so many performances happen in Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Center, Waikiki beach Walk and Waikiki Shopping Plaza. Finish at final Grand Parade in Waikiki.
Many groups are from Japan and Austria. They preform local dances. It was very interesting. In the Gala, The foods were very good: Nobu Waikiki, Tango, PF Chang’s, Beach house at the Moana, Roy’s, Hakone, Alan Wong’s, Chef Mavro, Ruth’s chris steak house, 3660 on the rise and Twist a Hanohano.
The purpose of the gala is promote friendship and international good will between people of Hawaii and the Asia-Pacific region. Funds raised by the Friendship Gala enable the Honolulu Festival Foundation to offer enriching educational programs and opportunities to increase the global school children.
Next time, please come join us when you visit Hawaii during Match 13 to 15. Aloha!!!!!!
