and January. It will manage the Outrigger Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa, which is set to open December 1. This property, which has undergone $200 million in work, will be a member of Outrigger’s Condominium Collection. It will have 190 units -37 with one bedroom and two baths, and 153 with two bedrooms and three baths. In addition, a 4,000-square-foot Aveda lifestyle salon and spa is scheduled to open early next year. In addition, Outrigger has been tapped to manage the 837-room Pacific Beach Hotel in Waikiki effective January 1, 2007. The property, owned by HTH Corp., will continue to be known as the Pacific Beach Hotel. HTH will continue to manage its two other hotels, the Pagoda Hotel in Honolulu and King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel on the Big Island. |
