Should Oahu be part of your Hawaii vacation ?
Should Oahu be part of your plans if your coming to Hawaii for vacation? Considering that most of the hotels are in Waikiki and Honolulu is one of the largest "cities" in the U.S., the answer is yes and no, here is my take on it:
Say Yes if:
* You want to see Pearl Harbor, or the Cemetery of the Pacific
* You like the big city, want some nightlife and enjoy the party atmosphere
* You’re on a budget and want to get the most for your money while in Hawaii
* If you have a large family or group
Say No:
* If you want to go to an island that is less populated
* If don’t want a lot of nightlife or attractions
* If you are on a honeymoon or special occasion
Of course there are many other wonderful things to do and see on Oahu, like the Polynesian Cultural center and the most beautiful beaches in the world.
