My name is Makana and I am a native to the islands of Hawaii. I currently live on the island of Oahu and my family has been here for generations.

There are so many things that I love about these Islands. The year round sunny days, the excellent pink and orange sunsets out at Turtle Bay, and of course body surfing through a barrel at Sandy Beach on the Island of Oahu. (Note--Don't enter Sandy's with out surf fins it gets crazy.) I love the fact that you can swim at night in the moonlight or if your hungry, go on a dive for dinner.

The Hawaiian culture is thriving and can't wait to share it with everyone who comes to visit us. There is an assortment of foods to try, games to play, music to lose yourself with, and local spots that are a must see, but not really known to the outside world. Come and experience my Hawaii
