Declining Travel Customer Service in a Declining Economy
March 6th, 2009

The declining economy is taking its toll on the visitor industry, especially on the front lines at the various airlines. On today’s show we discuss a controversial topic; the declining customer service in the airline industry. This topic was prompted by some issues our customers are having with a local airline here in Hawaii.
Have you ever wanted to win a free trip to Hawaii? Well today we tell you about a great contest that is going to be held on the Ellen DeGeneres show next week. A lucky studio audience winner and a winner at home will be getting an all expense paid trip to Hawaii first-class on Hawaiian Airlines and either a stay at the Royal Hawaiian resort or the Mauna Kea resort.
Every day we encounter challenges as travel agents here at Hawaii aloha travel. The last couple of days have been no exception we talk about everything from a funny question that we got from one of our customers to an interesting story about how we save somebody thousands of dollars on their hotel room.
