Kauai is Fun!!
Today we talk about the Island Of Kauai which was prompted by a email question we received form a podcast listener. Michael has been doing some homework about vacationing in the Hawaiian islands and has heard Kauai is a popular choice. We discuss his question and offer suggestions on accommodations as well as things to do while on Kauai.
Hawaii Featured on House and Garden TV
This week House and Garden TV (HGTV) will be filming on the Big Island. One of their popular programs, "National Open House", will be showcasing homes in Kona. The program guides viewers through 12 homes in each episode to show what price points will get a home buyer in various markets. They range from $100,000 to seven figures. With Hawaii being one of the most expensive real estate markets in the country, it should be interesting to see what they turn up. Stay tuned!
Golf Lovers
Looking for a reason to come to Hawaii? The LPGA Tour will be coming to Oahu’s North Shore. The SBS Open will be at Turtle Bay Resort Feb 14-16th. It will be played on the Arnold Palmer Course. Hawaii is a golf lover’s dream! Between the Sony Open at the Waialae Country Club on Oahu, to the Mercedes-Benz Championship in Kapalua and numerous other LPGA and PGA events, the islands feature some of the best golf courses in the world. Imagine playing on the same courses as the pros?
