Planning a Hawaii vacationPlanning a vacation to Hawaii can sometimes be confusing especially if relaxation is one of your priorities.  Today  Yaling and Bruce answer a question from a podcast listener who wants to visit a couple of islands that have beautiful beaches and also minimal people congestion.  They offer some tips and suggestions on where they should stay and help with some great ideas.

Believe it or not the superferry is still in the news and Bruce and Yaling also go over the weather in Hawaii which continues to be a question we are getting more and more than ever before.  They go over what the weather is going to be like for the next few days and discuss how the weather is beautiful here even if it’s a little rainy.  Wouldn’t you rather have a little rain than be snowed in somewhere?

Today Yalnig and Bruce talk about how long it takes to get to Hawaii from mainland destinations. We get this question quite often and thought since a lot of folks are coming here for XMAS it would be a good idea to cover this topic.

They also had a chance to to stay at the Sheraton Waikiki Friday night and give a review of the property and also congratulate new customers and the agents that booked them.

It is almost a fact of life these days that when you book a vacation especially in advance, the airline schedule you think you’re going to be getting changes or even gets canceled.  Very often we get frustrated customers who can’t seem to understand how this can happen.  Today Yaling and Bruce discuss this issue and also explain how important it is to have an agency on your side who can assist when these issues arise. They go over examples of things that can go wrong  and discuss ways that agents solve these kinds of problems.
