About Yaling Yu Fisher, Owner
Yaling Yu is native of Taiwan who moved to the United States in 1992 and got her bachelors degree in marketing, management and retailing at Southern Illinois University after studying engineering working with micro fibers in the garment industry for 3 years in Taiwan. She then went on to get her Masters Degree in Fashion Design at Western Michigan University with a strong focus on marketing, CAD and computer science. Before moving into the private sector, she got certified in purchasing management at San Jose State University and then began working in in Silicon valley during the Internet Technology boom of the mid to late 90's. Yaling was quickly promoted from purchasing agent to product management working for major computer companies such as Microland Inc. and Synnex Information Technology Corporation. Yaling began Hawaii Aloha Travel in 2000 after to moving to Hawaii to start a new chapter in her life and to fullfill a lifetime goal of being a business owner. Under her guidance Hawaii Aloha Travel has grown to become one of the largest locally owned travel agencies in Hawaii and in March 2005 and March 2009 HAT is rated one of the top 10 travel agencies in Hawaii by Pacific Business News.  My Blog


About Bruce Fisher, Owner
Bruce is originally from Miami Beach Florida, but has lived in Hawaii for the last 18 years where he received a bachelors degree in Psychology from Hawaii Pacific University. Always a entrepreneur at heart, Bruce has had a multi-faceted career from inventing and holding a US patent for a storage caddy for remote control devices to a radio broadcasting career in Miami, Connecticut and Hawaii. Bruce was the first reporter to reach Kauai as a radio journalist for KGU radio in Honolulu after Hurricane Iniki in 1992 and did National feeds for CBS and Associated Press. Bruce became a pioneer in the internet marketing field in 1996 in Hawaii when he created and then later became the CEO of HAWAII-ALOHA.COM inc. Very early in his Internet management career Bruce recognized the importance of search engine rankings and their relationship to the success of websites. As a result, Bruce has used his knowledge to create, manage and market hundreds of websites in Hawaii including the PLANET-HAWAII.COM, HAWAII CONVENTION CENTER, ASTON HOTELS AND RESORTS, HAWAII PRINCE HOTELS, DOUBLETREE HAWAII, HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH just to name a few. In 2000 he partnered with Yaling Yu to create Hawaii Aloha Travel and has devoted his skills exclusively to managing and developing the company. About Om Prakash Sharma - Chief Technology Officer
Om Prakash Sharma is a PHP programmer, software designer, Web architect and Chief Technology Officer for HAWAII-ALOHA.COM

A native of Madhya Pradesh, in central India Om holds several computer science degrees and certifications. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Awadhesh Pratap University with a focus on computer science and programming. Additionally,he has received diplomas in several computer programming languages including GNIIT,C-DAC and CIC. He is currently studying for a MCS-IT Masters Degree. Om is constantly improving and learning new programming languages and is proficient in MySql, SQL Server, ASP, PHP, JavaScript, .NET Framework (C#, VB.Net), C, C++, Visual C++, AJAX and JAVA

Om has worked for several technology based companies during his career, including Truila.com and A1-Technologies, Om began his career in 2001 as a junior programmer for A1 Future Technologies. His duties included PHP programming and working as a lead team member. In 2002 he was promoted to lead programmer and then by 2003 he was in charge of the entire PHP Department as a PHP proficient.

In 2004, and was hired by 123India.com, a leading Web portal specializing auction bidding. Om used his skills to modify the company's scripts which increased the efficiency of their systems. Additionally, he created software systems that allowed for user friendly interfaces and developed creative applications.

In 2005 he was hired by Hawaii-Aloha.Com located in Honolulu, Hawaii. During his time with this company he has held all positions related to the technology piece of the business. He has taken what was a very small static website and has developed it into a state-of-the-art dynamic, database driven Web portal for Hawaii.

In 2009 he was promoted to Chief Technology Officer for HAWAII-ALOHA.COM and was given a H1-B visa to come to the United States. Om is responsible for all aspects of the company's technology including building, designing and integrating a completely new website for the company in 2009. This new state-of-the-art website includes sophisticated content management functionality usually reserved for huge companies with hundreds of programmers. With the use of PHP. Ajax and CSS Om has done the monumental task of combining design with functionality to create a robust and efficient Web portal.

With this insurance you can cancel or change your plans up until the day you leave with no penalty.
