 This note is to commend one of your rep Christine who helped me coordinate my brief trip to Hawaii.  So often we complain when things go wrong that I thought I would take a minute to tell you what a remarkable employee you have. Not knowing the territory and working with a budget she assisted my group in securing the best hotels,rental of car etc.  Even when we kept changing itinerary from Maui to Hilo to Kona she patiently redid my quote in a timely,friendly  and professional manner. I will highly recommend Christine to eveyone whose travel plans calls for Hawaii, not to mention if we plan another trip to Hawaii (which we hope in the near future) Christine will definately be our travel coordinator. Aloha Chris, Want to thank you for a wonderful trip!!  The Islands are far more than any of us expected.  We loved them and all of want to return.  None of us were ready to return home. The weather was beautiful, had a couple days of high wind and rain, but just drove to another spot and enjoyed the day anyway. We had beautiful accommodations on each island, and on Maui we could see the whales spout from our living room and balcony, in less than 2 minutes we could be walking the beach.  What a treat.  The people were so nice and helpful.  We took a helicopter to Hana, and then a tour van back and enjoyed every second with Sue, our tour van driver.  She was so knowledgeable about everything people, flowers, fruit.  Took a quick dip in one of the roadside pools.  What a wonderful place. Kauai was beautiful, we went to the Grand Canyon of the Pacific, and took a tour of the Kauai Coffee plantation, went to a huge beach where we had to travel five miles of the roughest muddiest road ever made, but worth every mile and mud splash. Need a car wash after that!  The condo there was decorated so cute, but was quite a ways from the beach, and had the nastiest desk manager we've ever encountered.  His name was Stan.  The carpet was soooo dirty we had to keep our shoes on, but aside from that, we loved everything. Then came your home town of Honolulu!  What a grand place that is.  When we reached our condo, the door man, greeted us like long lost friends.  We were given icy cold bottles of water by the desk clerk, and told we had been upgraded twice to a premier suite!!  We were taken to the 36th floor of the most beautiful suite of the whole trip.  No partial view of the ocean, the entire living room wall was glass and sliding glass doors over looking Waikiki Beach.  It simply took our breath away.  Live entertainment every night on the beach, everything a person could want. We went to Pearl Harbor Sunday morning, very early so got in with the first group, and then did the USS Bowfin, and on to the Missouri.  Took us most on the day.  Toured the Dole plantation on Monday and drove nearly every where you could drive around Oahu.  It is beautiful, and can't blame you for missing home.  We didn't get to see the Culture Center as we just ran out of time.  We needed at least one more day there.  We didn't do any relaxing on the beaches, as there were just too, too many things we wanted to see.  Think we put hundreds of miles on the cars on each island.  Shopped way to much,  next time we do ( and there will be a next time)  we'll spend more time relaxing.  Crazy as it seems, I don't think any of us realized how mountainous the islands are. I loved the Banyan trees.  They're so neat.  I didn't know bananas grew upside down, and we ate tons of pineapple and bananas, oranges, and even tried passion fruit.  Too sour. Loved the Old Lahina Luau.  Food and show was wonderful. Did the Pacific Whale Foundation whale watch, and saw lots of whales and even flying fish!!  What a sight.  One of things I loved was all the music.  I would love to have more CDs of the soft and slow Hawaiian music.  I bought a couple.  One I'm not too crazy about, but the one by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole is great.  His voice is so nice and relaxing. In song, the Hawaiian language is beautiful. We had the trip of a lifetime, thanks to you.  Everything was wonderful.  Thank you from the very bottoms of our hearts.

Now that jet lag is wearing off, we thought we should drop a line to tell you how much fun we had. (and how well you set us up)  Things went without a hitch once we finally left the ground in Michigan.  The storm was just coming in and delayed our take off by an hour or more-luckily our gates in Chicago were across from each other.  Anyway.....Lahaina Shores was a great place to stay.  Exactly what we hinted at when we described what type of vacation we wanted.  Close enough to walk up town or cheap enough to take the taxi when I didn't want to drive.  Drums of the Pacific was fantastic.  We got there a little early so we hung out by the entrance and wound up with front row seats.  Great food, show, and service.  Our parents loved it all as well.  As you know, the whale season is going good, so we went snorkeling and took the folks on a whale watch.  Outstanding.  The only thing I would tell folks not to do is the Reefdancer glass bottom boat.  They need to clean the windows.  The people were nice, but they need to spruce things up a bit.  Only go out on calm days!!  We would like to thank you again for all the options you gave us to fit our schedule and budget.  We appreciated the greating in  the airport as well.  All in all it made for a very memorable trip for our parents and us.  Thanks for all the extra time and effort you put in to this trip for us.  Hope we track you down the next time around.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line and thank you for setting up our trip to Hawaii.  It was fantastic!!  We LOVED the Pride of America.  The negative reviews I read on the internet couldn't have been further from the truth.  Our room was immaculate, and the crew couldn't have been nicer.  EVERYONE was wonderful.

We ate at a couple of the specialty restaurants on the ship, The Lazy J steakhouse and Little Italy, they were both great.  The main dining room was great too.  The freestyle cruising worked well for us because we rented a car on each island and went exploring on our own, so it was nice to not have to be back for dinner at a certain time.

The weekly car rental worked really well, but we probably could have gotten away without a car in Kona and Kauai.  There was enough to do at both of those piers that we could have done without a car.  It was still nice to have it though to drive around the island.   You really do need one on Maui for sure.  All in all, it was a great trip and I'm sure we'll be doing it again in the hopefully not too distant future.  Mahalo for all of your help in booking our cruise.  I'd recommend you and Hawaii-Aloha travel to anyone!!  Bruce,   Thanks for all the hard work in putting together our trip to Hawaii.  We spent New Year's Eve on Waikiki Beach enjoying the fireworks. Traveled around the island on the Public Transportation( 4 day bus pass). We journeyed to the North shore to see the big waves. We also ventured to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor and the Swap Meet on Saturday.  Hotel was conveniently located. Newly renovated. Darlene was happy with all the accommodations both on Oahu and the big island. We were able to spend time with Darlene's niece on the cruise.  By the way we received an on broad credit, the front desk said it was from the travel agent. Thank you very much! In Kona we could see the ocean from our balcony even though our room was not facing the ocean. Darlene wanted to return to Kona from 03/03/07 and depart on 03/10/07, The cheapest airfare was 586.00 any chance you may have something cehaper?

I just wanted to inform you that me and Raymond's trip to Hawaii was absolutely wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.  We went on a dinner cruise on Monday, went on a Honolulu City Tour and visited Pearl Harbor on Tuesday, rented a convertible and went to Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head and ate at Top of Waikiki on Wednesday, went on a waterfall and small hike on the mountains and went to Germaine's Luau on Thursday and chilled on Friday.  We definitely had a busy week but enjoyed every bit of it.  Mahalo and we will be back again!!!!~~Mercy H. Elsa, I am late in thanking you for helping us make the trip week before last to Kona.  It was a great time for us.  The hotel, air flights, car rental all went smoothly.  Only one hitch.  The hotel had us coming in on Monday rather than Sunday, but I showed the reservation print-out to the Clark, Aaron, and it was taken care of immediately.  Also, they said the reservation was for 2007. .  The hotel had no problem with our "early" arrival.   We all laughed at that.  I just want you to know that we appreciate all you did, and we will be calling on you again because we expect to be making more trips to Hawaii.  Can't say when exactly at this point, but we definitely will.  Andy Lucas

We wanted to send you a thank you note for arranging our recent trip to Hawaii. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Troy took 500 pictures so we will have plenty to remember the trip with. All the flights were on time and noneventful. The only glitch we had along the way was dealing with the rental car agency - Dollar Car. They were very intimidating with the insurance issue and made us feel like criminals for not taking theirs. Thanks for replying to our inquiry about that while we were still on Oahu. All the flights were also on time and noneventful.

We were a little apprehensive about the lack of air conditioning in Kauai. However, you were right and we did not need it after all. The unit we stayed in was perfect and, even though only oceanview, we still had a good view of the ocean.

We experienced about every mode of transportation available from mountain bikes to submarines to helicopters. We did not know if we would ever get to make the trip again so we packed in everything we could while we were there. Our only regret was that we could not get to the Big Island for a day trip. Oh, well, guess we will just have to go again!

Dear Tara, Once again, you Tara and Hawaii-Aloha Travel, have made our trip to Maui outstanding!! Since Bruce saved our last trip to Oahu/Maui from falling through because of Sun Trips in Oakland CA, in April 2003 on less than 60 hours notice, I knew we could trust you and the company again with our short under 6 weeks notice we gave you this time. First of all, the Outrigger Aina nalu Resort was very quite, very roomy, all new appliances/bedding/furniture etc. made us very comfortable. (All three of us)

The Luau at the Sheraton in Kannapoli was also great too! Also the flight arrangements from LAX to and from Maui and the GO airline/Dollar rental car to Oahu that was arranged for us made our short stay so much more memorable because all the leg work was done beforehand by you Tara. It made our vacation seem so easy and hasslefree. I have been and will always refer Hawaii-Aloha Travel agency to all that we come in contact with, especially as being a professional photographer, we talk to all the bride and grooms that come to us to photograph their wedding. THANKS AGAIN TARA, WE LOVE YOU for all the hard work you did to make our vacation come true!!!

I'd like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for Lisa Zablan's superior service during a recent vacation in Kauai. I located your company through a search on Google and was very impressed with Ms. Zablan's attention to detail and follow-up. I was very happy to provide her with my business. All of my requests were very professionally satisfied for air, car rental and (ultimately) hotel accomodations.

Here's were I was really impressed with Lisa's level of service: Upon my arrival at the Aloha Beach Resort @ Kapaa, I was completely dissatisfied with the hotel, room, facilities & even the "quality" of neighboring guests. I contacted Lisa immediately after checking in and explained to her that this was not acceptable (intense mildew odor, stained sheets, poor view and filfthy windows etc.). This was the final leg of a two week journey taking me from Oahu to Japan and back to Kauai for a "winding down period".... She was able to get a rack rate for my party at the Kauai Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa....it took a little time for her to accommodate my request and many phone calls on her end....she did so very professionally and came through like a "shining star". She sent a wonderful cheese plate & apology note too.....excellent follow-up! I will definitely use her services in the future. I will also highly recommend her to other colleagues traveling to HI.

 Yaling!! A big mahalo to you! We had a great time on our trip. Our kids had a blast. The hotel was perfect except for the elevators being repaired. There were 5 total and only 2 were working.
