August 28, 2007 - Hi Abby, we had a wonderful time in Maui, I think we explored most of the coastline areas on the island. It was so beautiful, I wasn't quite ready to come home yet, but we will save the rest for our next visit.  My husband is actually talking about buying a home, or condo there sometime in the near future!! The Maui Kai is wonderful, we ended up in #6o4, sixth floor, the other room they had chosen for us had a bad lock on the door.   We loved #604, they have recently upgraded the bathroom with travertine tile floors and shower and a granite counter. The king bed was very comfortable with new bedding too. The view from the lanai was breathtaking, I had my morning coffee there every morning and couldn't believe what I could see in the ocean directly below, it was such a great observation point, I saw a school of large fish almost daily, only about 12 feet from the beach eating among the rocks. also a manta ray, a sea turtle and out a little fa rther some spinner dolphins put on a show for me.  One day a group of kite boarders and wind surfers entertained us for hours.  It was like having a front row seat to a great show everyday. I would want to stay there again when we return. All in all it was wonderful, we made some great memories with out sons and each other and we will definitely go back, we are thinking during whale season, maybe Feb. or March but we'll have to check our schedules and figure that one out, we'll let you know.  Again, thank you for helping us with our trip and we'll be in touch!   Aloha & Mahalo,  Toni

August 28, 2007 I am writing to commend the outstanding service provided by Lisa last week.  You probably would not remember but you personally booked our trip last year.  The arrangements were made, yet again, this year --very last minute-- through Lisa.  I had decided again to take my mom-- now 86 years old to Hawaii.  She has always loved going and although it is now very difficult, as long as she is able to go and still enthusiastic, I decided to do whatever necessary to get her there.  We went back and forth with dates and many travel issues.  At all times, Lisa was  helpful and so very understanding of the difficulty I was having in finalizing plans with my mom.  I'm sure it was a trying experience for Lisa--but she exemplified the model of professionalism.  She was efficient, fast, always available and very helpful in suggesting several ideas to make things more convenient.  In addition, she was always very sweet and understanding. I am a Research Associate in Cardiovascular Medicine and would welcome the opportunity to work with such a bright, efficient and very personal professional. Please feel free to forward my remarks to the appropriate parties charged with evaluating her employment performance. I look forward to booking my next trip with Lisa!! Thank you, Ellece Papas Vasti

August 24, 2007 Malia,  I just wanted to thank you for the EXCELLENT accommodations for our trip to Kauai!  Waipouli Beach was beautiful.  I highly recommend it to your future customers.  The rooms were beautiful, the location was great, centralized with restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and the staff and service at the hotel were above standard. Thanks again for making our vacation stress free at such a wonderful location. Mahalo,J Brooke Littrell

Elsa, August 23, 2007 - I just wished to thank you personally for all your help in securing the wheelchair assistance I required.  It made all the difference in the enjoyment of my time in Hawaii. I understand that you make other travel arrangements besides Hawaii and I will certainly keep you in mind for the future. Again, Mahalo

August 23,  2007 Aloha  Ashley, We just returned from our cruise to Hawaii and it was great. Maureen did very well and did get to swim with the dolphins. Thank you again for all your hard work in getting us upgraded staterooms. The strawberries were a big hit and they actually delivered them two times but didn't charge me for the second delivery. It was a wonderful experience for Maureen and I thank you for being so caring and making it happen. Sheila Hammons

August 16, 2007 Hi Ashley, Just wanted to thank you for setting up our Hawaii trip Everything was excellent.  The flights were perfectly sequenced.  The hotels were great and we had absolutely no problems.  Again, thanks for you efforts in setting up our memorable trip.  Do you do trips for other places as well?

August 12, 2007 Aloha Angelica, We are so excited.  I can't believe it is a week away.  There was a time where I thought I could plan this trip myself.  But I came to realize that that wasn't possible.  So thank you for all your help.  I will recommend your agency to anyone who is thinking of a Hawaiin vacation.  Mahalo, Matt.

August 9, 2007 Hi Yaling, thank you for the very nice gift that you had sent to our room. We want you to know that we are very happy with the accommodations and everything you and your company has done to make our honeymoon very memorable. We are leaving for home today but we will return to Maui in the near future. We plan to use your company for our next trip and of course we will highly recommend you to our friends. Again, we would like to thank you for everything. Frank and Yvonne Gilliard

Hi Chris, Aloha, this is my first morning back home, after my wonderful Hawaiian vacation.  I just wanted to say Mahalo for such a fabulous experience.  My family and I truly enjoyed our Hawaiian experience.  Our vacation experience was indescribable, and it went flawlessly, except for one thing, it ended!  Of course Maui was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the Big Island tremendously. The Condo in Maui was awesome and we so hated to leave it.  I thought we were in heaven.  The location and the view were the best ever. The five of us had the best time, and we each found something we could enjoy, shopping, eating, shave ice, snorkeling and my sister went diving in Maui and the Big Island. Mahalo again for helping us to plan a fabulous vacation, I will definitely refer you to any other friends planning a Hawaiian Dream Vacation. Aloha Cindy Andrade & Family P.S. please forward this email to your management, as I truly believe that good Customer Service should be noted and rewarded!!!!!

Elsa, Thanks so much for getting our Maui trip together for us!  With out a doubt, it is my new most favorite vacation spot!  We can not wait to get back.  In fact, as soon as possible, we would like to plan a trip back to Maui in 2009 for Whale Season and bring our children and our parents. When would you be able to start preparing that trip?  We LOVED the Royal Lahina Hotel, and fell in love with Lahina too.....We have three small children, but by then we will have 3 boys ages 10, 7 and 4 1/2.  I know - its young to bring them.......but I can not wait to get back there. We will want to bring both of our parents - so they will each need accommodations.  A house that may fit us all is a possibility - but we loved the idea of being right on the beach.  A house on the beach may be too pricey.  A hotel with a small kitchenette would be great, or at least micro/fridge in the room. Let me know when we can work on 2009.  Thanks again Elsa  Jessica

Hi Mahea,  I want to thank you for a great trip to the islands a couple of weeks  back.  Your assistance, not only in arranging the trip in the beginning  but also for the early day to day assistance made it a great trip.  The  only problems encountered were, if you remember, was with ATA on the  trip over (10 hour delay) and the start of the trip back (1 hour delay)  and confusion by not knowing that all bags had to be checked with the   Agriculture Dept at the airport when leaving.  We stood in line for  about an hour and had to go back with our bags and get them checked, then start over again.  Several others did also.  Due to the mess up by ATA, we were awarded another flight on their system.  The only location on their system that we would fly to would be back to the islands.  This would occur sometime early next year.  My wife and I were both sort of looking at maybe taking the Island  Cruise line that goes from island to island but wanted more info before  committing to it.  We also are possibly looking at taking two or three  of the islands that we did not visit on this trip.  In any event, the  cruise is our first choice.  Would you see if you can send me some  comprehensive info on the cruise lines around the islands, ports, length of stays at each, cost, and so forth.  Thanks again for the great trip. J. W. Clampitte Houston, Texas

Hi Ashley, You went above and beyond and I can not tell you how much we appreciate all your hard work. I will certainly be firing off a letter once we get home to sing your praises. I thank you so much for the strawberries, Maureen will love them. We would not have been able to arrange this trip without all your persistence and hard work and as a mother trying to fulfill a sick child's wish I am extremely grateful. I will be in touch when we get home. Thank you, Sheila

Elsa,  We Had A Great Time! Thanks for your assistance. Let's Do It Again!!!, Ralph

Hi Abby,    We had a fantastic time in Hawaii.  Outrigger is a wonderful resort with everything close by.  We did all that we planned, and then some.  We didn't stop, and enjoyed everything we did.  We chartered another snorkeling tour through dolphin discoveries on the Big Island, near where Captain Cook was killed.  The rental car had 450 miles on it when we left, as we did see the whole island.  Also, the volcano adventure (250 more miles) was fabulous, with a tour guide who knew all there is to know about the formation of the islands.  Kiluaea erupted 2 days after we'd left, we wished we could've seen it!   Kauai is absolutely beautiful.  Aloha Beach was not as comfortable as Outrigger, but we survived.  I think we got there a little exhausted, but forged forth and drove that whole island as well.  Carl wants to sell everything he owns and move near Hanalei Bay.  I like Poipu.  We got pukadogs there, not once, but twice.  The airplane tour was great, and personal, too, better than the helicopter ride we thought.  HoloHolo was a great ride, but rough on some of it's passengers, not us though, thankfully. Coincidentally, one of the mates on the boat graduated with Carl's first cousin and was also from Alabama.  They connected and we were treated excellently on the boat.     All of the food was good, the scenery perfection-we took about 500 pictures thanks to the digital world.  We visited mauna loa macadamias, kona joe's coffees and 2 botanical gardens, one on each island, and waimena canyon as well as a few waterfalls. The airplane ride was long and we had a 2 hour delay in Lihue on the way home, which made us miss our connection, however, United hooked us up straight to N.O., but with a 4 hour layover.  We got home 2 hours later than expected and lost one bag of luggage.  The luggage reached my house around 11 pm.  Getting home was a long ordeal, no fault of yours or ours.  It just made us exhausted. Thanks for your help and thanks so much for the chocolates you sent us at Outrigger with the note, it was so sweet of you to remember our trip.  We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to visit the islands again someday! Mahalo, Aloha,  (That's about the only words I know) Paula

Mahea... I just wanted to email and say thank you again for all you've done.  The free tickets to the Polynesian Cultural Center are AWESOME.   I really didn't get an opportunity to tell you how much that means to us because I was in class when we talked, but I wanted you to know I am very grateful. Please feel free to pas along my thanks also to your superivsor or owner...  your customer service has been wonderful.  It's been a pleasure doing business with you, and I will definitely recommend you to all my friends planning trips to Hawaii. Thanks again...Leslie Laraway

Ashley, I just wanted to let you know how spectacular of a time my wife and I both had . The "Carefree Package "was everything you had promised we had second row seating at the Polynesian Cultural Center, and the food at the Hotel was excellent,  everything was great,  the limo rides , arrival gifts and picnic lunch.  Thank you very much for making our trip so tremendous.  if anyone ever asks for a referral we would highly recommend your service . I could never explain well enough how great of a time we had Thanks!!  -Roy

Lisa, Our trip was fantastic thank you! can you please put that quote together for me for next year for my whole family? Mahalo, Jeremy

Bruce, Please be sure that we are very happy with hawaii aloha travel's customer service.  You and your team were very positive and worked quickly to help me make adjustments for my family.  I would like to make sure that your agency is recognized for this, please let me know where I can do this, especially online.  I am excited to know that there are still companies out there that want happy customers and not just "the bottom line."  Thanks for making this vacation less stressful.
Sincerely, Sharon Lima & Family

Hi Abby, Darryl and I had an awesome time in Maui and I wanted to thank you for putting together our trip. The condo was very nice with a good location and accommodations. We got to do lots of things on the island like the road to Hana, a hike to the crater, snorkeling, surfing, and just lots of time at the beach. We loved the island and have recommended it to our friends.  - Heather

Aloha Christine, The Kaanapali Beach Resort was WONDERFUL couldnt have been better...our room view ...the grounds...the staff...the free breakfast...the traditions ...the ocean and beach access ...location...everything perfect.   I certainly see why they are called "the most Hawaiian Hotel"   This is where we want to go back and stay for much longer. We drove the Road to Hana...loved it going....sites and views and having the convertibles were the way to go.  This allowed us to experience the smells and the air of Hawaii.  The uninterrupted views breathtaking.  Oops we came back after dark because we spent awhile at the end of the road at the Seven Pools Lagoon and Waterfall...so I got so sick all those curves and winding roads in the dark.  But what we saw ...it was worth it..Wow 617 curves...I deserve a T-Shirt for that one. The Sheraton Keauhou....unbelieveable!  THe grounds and location and the Lobby and Pools as well as the rooms...Once again make you want to just stay at the Resort...Their Luau which you can watch from above in their grand lobby while sitting in a big fluffy chair sitting my open wall windows looked Great and the Food looked much much better than ours.  THe Big Island so different from Shore to Volcanos to Mountains...Something to see and be in augh.............. Honolulu...THe Aqua Wave Waikiki...we got a corner Penthouse room on the top floor.  Huge room with 2 Balconys and 2 views of the city from the 15th floor.  Location was great for shopping at the International Marketplace, But they have hundreds and hundreds of rooms and only about 50 parking spaces so it was difficult to park at the hotel.  Had to use parking garage next door.  The continental Breakfast was in the bar restaurant next door and it was minimal to say the least.  The rooms were really nice and the staff great.  The lobby was cheap looking with a entrance to a Chinese Rest. in it and nothing else.  Also we have to go and get ice from the desk, they dont have ice on the floors as well as No Pool on property..they have agreement with neightborhood hotel.   Thought you needed to know all this for future bookings....I would want to stay at the Beach my next time...like maybe the Royal Hawaiian...I think that is the one ...the pink one.  But for this trip the Wave really was ok since we were so busy going to North Shore, Pearl Harbor, Polynesian Village (SO GOOD) and Kauai for the day.  We wouldnt have been able to enjoy the hotel as we would want to if staying on WaiKiKi...By the way are those obtainable at a descent rate if not peak season??? Anyway, I have been wanting to write you but on the trip back(thank goodness and not going)  I came down with a terrible cold and was sick for the next week...I think it started being up at the volcano and it was misting rain and freezing windy cold and of course we didnt have a jacket and were in T-Shirts and shorts.  So we got cold, wet and then in and out of the car the drastic change in temperature got me.  But I wasnt the only Dumb tourist not prepared. Mahalo and Aloha P.s. The Hawaiian people ARE very kind, warm, and Special  !!!!!!!!!!

Aloha Yaling! Just wanted to say THANK YOU so much!!!!! My trip was awesome and everything turned out perfect. We want to go again and finish up the island. We didn't really get to do much, too many things to do. Also, we might be looking for packages for next year around July to go to Maui. If you hear of any good deals will you please keep me posted. Just curious, let's say if 8 people are going can you email me a few packages just to get an idea of a price.   Mahalo!!!!!! p.s.: My boyfriend got picked at the Luau and he had to do wear the coconuts and banana skirt and they made him dance....it was hilarious...Jenny

Abby, We just returned from our trip to Hawaii - it was amazing!  The islands are beautiful and it was a trip of a lifetime.  Everything worked so well (transfers, tours, cruise, hotel, etc.). We had a wonderful time.  Thank you for helping us plan such a wonderful vacation. Connie & Joe Higginbotham

Christine, Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of your hard work.  You were a pleasure to work with in planning our Hawaii trip.  I appreciated your follow-up and politeness.  Maybe one day, Iʼll call you again! Thanks, Kim  PS:  Feel free to pass this along to your boss!

Ashley, thank you so much for all your help. We had a great time, they upgraded our room when we got there ( Shores of Waikaloa #13) was great (& big).  We will be planning another trip with you soon, we want to take the in-laws back.  thanks Rhonda

Greetings: I noticed that your testimonial page basically contains comment from those who have already taken their trip. Well, I want to commend one of your agents even before I go on vacation!  And that agent is Jennifer. Jennifer has been so very helpful, efficient, patient, and considerate. We kept changing the dates, the islands, and the hotels, and she just very nicely kept putting together quote after quote, until we found the package we wanted.  And she was always very fast with her replies; she didn't ever keep us hanging.  Even my question about changing the seating assignments on a flight after the itinerary had already been set:  she had to just get back from her vacation and got on it immediately!! Just wanted you to know what an excellent person you have representing your agency! Sincerely, Raymond N.
Christine, Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of your hard work.  You were a pleasure to work with in planning our Hawaii trip.  I appreciated your follow-up and politeness.  Maybe one day, Iʼll call you again! Thanks, Kim Verrett PS:  Feel free to pass this along to your boss!

Angelica,  Aloha! We have just returned from the trip of a lifetime!   Thanks very much for arranging everything so well for us.  Everything worked out exactly as planned; the flights, cruise and hotel were great, and Chrissy was delighted with the lei greeting and airport transfer by stretched limo.  She couldn’t stop laughing when she saw car!  See attached photos.  As it happened we made two other taxi trips whilst in the hotel, and both of those ended up in stretched limos as well.  We did notice a lot of them around. The Pride of Aloha was really great – just what we wanted.  It gave us a good chance to see a little of the four main islands, and although we would have liked to stay much longer on each, the week we spent back in Waikiki after the cruise at least gave us the chance to explore Oahu a little more. We ate far too much of course, and the only real exercise was snorkelling, although at Hanuama bay this was just like swimming in an aquarium – fish everywhere! So a completely trouble-free holiday.  We would love to return again before too long, but this will have to wait a while.  When we do, we know who to contact to make the arrangements for us! Mahalo for everything, Kind regards, Mike & Chrissy Phillips

Hi Abby!  Just wanted to let you know that we both got back safe and sound and we had a fantastic time! The weather was beautiful except for the last few days and we saw and did so much... it is so beautiful there! We liked Kauai the best. I realized after the fact that perhaps we could have gotten frequent flier miles from the Island Air flight... but I don't think I have the ticket stubs or info anymore. Do you know if its still possible to get miles through them with their partner airlines? (I know United is one of them...) Thanks!  Travy --Lora Travers Moncure (Travy)

Nataleen, thank you for booking such a beautiful cruise for us. We spent two of the best weeks anyone could hope for. We loved the hotel in Maui and of course, the Hilton Hawaiin village was smashing...so much to do, so lively with so much to offer.....the ship portion of the trip was outstanding, due to the itinerary...I liked the ship, the public rooms, decor, art, etc. Transportation on and off the ship was great....ALOHA, Iris and Joe

Aloha Ashley! Both my Dad and I had great trips.  The rooms were great and definitely ocean front.  I mean to e-mail and let you know that.  Sorry about that!  We really liked the Papakea Resort—everything quite convenient.  My Dad loved Kona by the Sea, too. Thanks again!!  We’ll definitely be calling on you in the future!!! Best regards, Deanna Dusenberry AND Dean Nichols  (:
