 May 30, 2008 - Working with Abby for our family vacation was a blessing. We did not require to change the package she suggested at all. With the wonderful accommodations at the Resort Quest Waikiki Beach Tower condo, we were in heaven. We had an awesome view from our terrace balcony right on Waikiki beach. Abby did a wonderful job for us, answering all of our questions promptly, giving us great information and suggestions for a fun packed and educational stay in Honolulu. The Polynesian Cultural Center was wonderful, as well as the emotional tour of the USS Arizona Memorial. Thanks to you Abby we had a wonderful vacation and we are looking forward to working with you again next year. Mahalo. |

 May 28 , 2008 - Ash, the vow renewal was freaking amazing! Rev Ron and the photographer he used was the best! U have to use this combo for future Maui weddings. Seriously, they were the best. We did the sunset vows on Makena beach and the pics were just unreal! I will send u some pics when we get back. Hyatt in Maui was absolutely amazing. The kids loved it! The only thing that sucked was the parking, other than that the whole crew there was freaking great! Thanks ashley! |

 May 26, 2008 - Aloha, Christine, We just got back from our Hawaii trip, and I have to tell you that we had a spectacular time. I can't thank you enough for all the work you did for us. Everything you picked was wonderful. We didn't have any problems at all. The rental cars were all ready, the flights went perfectly (all on time and no lost luggage), the hotels you picked could not have been more beautiful. We even had champagne delivered to our room at two of the hotels, and we received lovely gifts at several hotels. Hawaiian Airlines was great. All of our reservations were perfect. I will recommend you highly to anyone I know who wants to go to Hawaii. Christine, each place was unbelievably beautiful. The views we had were gorgeous. May 19, 2008 - Hello Abby, We had a total blast! The Hyatt was AWESOME, Abby, you definitely head the nail on the head with that suggestion…it was everything we wanted and more! The pool areas were so impressive, just what I had in mind. The spa was delicious, the gym facilities outstanding…I’m running out of adjectives! We took the boys for private surfing lessons at the Goofy Foot Surf School in Lahaina for their birthday, had a spa day for our anniversary, did the Eco-Adventure Zipline Hike, and the Molokini Snorkle Cruise on the Four Winds II. Everything we did was fun and exciting, well worth the money spent and worthy of nearly 1000 pictures. By the way, thanks for the gift left for us at the Hyatt…it made for some good snacking after all that swimming! Abby, we were thrilled with every aspect of the vacation.  April 23, 2008 - Aloha Angelica, We returned home on Monday afternoon from our memorable trip to Hawaii. The trip was superb and we heartily thank you for all the arrangements that you made which made the travelling so easy! Your suggestions for visits to various places were excellent! In Maui, we drove on "Road to Hana", attended Old Lahaina Luau and went for whale watching. In Kauai, we drove to Hanaleh beach, visited Gurudeva temple and went on Sunset cruise. In Big Island, we drove North of Hilo till the Valley of Waipou, visited the Volcano on our way to Kona, went on Black sand beach and drove till the South tip of the US. We also went on Atlantis Submarine trip! Our flights and connections were on time except one hour delay from Atlanta to Ohahu but didn't miss our connection to Maui. Our stay in the hotels was very good and car rentals were very cooperative. On the whole, this trip was most exciting, relaxing and satisfactory! April 20, 2008 - Aloha Kalei, Just a note to let you know everything worked out perfectly! Two of the best weeks ever! Every flight, transfer, car rental, hotel and resort were coordinated perfectly. The Outrigger even upgraded us to a deluxe ocean view room free of charge. We were a little concerned at first dealing with a Hawaiian travel agency over the Internet, but, with your local expertise, you did arrange better deals than our local agencies could and at a better price. Waikiki, golf at Ka'anapali, the luau, the road to Hana, quiet beach nights, flight over the erupting volcano (AWESOME).... hard to pick a highlight. Everyday was an adventure. We are tentatively planning to return to Hawaii in April 2010 for 10 days this time bringing our children and grandchild. Hopefully finding a 2 to 3 bedroom condo on Oahu as a base with a day or perhaps an overnight to Kauai from there. We definitely would love to work with you on that vacation if possible. April 16 2008 - Hi Angelica. Well sad news first, our vacation has ended and Maureen and myself are back in Florida working again. I wanted to write and thank you for all the work and planning you did for us. I normally do all the vacation planning myself but this time you gave me a good feeling to use an agent. I liked your personal approach and it made us feel very comfortable. When Aloha Air went you responded very quickly to make sure our vacation was not interrupted in any way. Talking with other people who used agents like AAA where not so lucky. Your choice of Hotels was perfect. The car hire worked well. Our whole experience in Hawaii was terrific and a lot of that is down to your expertise in making all our arrangement. I have recommended you to many people in my office as well as people we have met on vacation or while traveling. So I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU. Take care and I wish you well in the future.  April 15, 2008 - Good morning Mahea, Just a quick note to thank you for putting our trip together. We had a wonderful time and are hoping to make this an annual vacation! The resort while not full of all the amenities as some others was beautiful and the condo was perfect for our family. April 10, 2008 - Ashley, thank you for all the help. This was a tough time because ATA closed their doors but you were able to save our trip. If I was the only thing I could tell you is that we are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary on April 16th. Once again thank you for saving the vacation that we have planned for over the past 25 years and if you could forward your bosses email address to me I would also like to send a message to that person so they realize how much you helped us and also how much we appreciate everything you did for us. |

 April 10 - We just want to take a moment and thank Bruce. He was great when we were in a bind and didn't want to cancel our honeymoon because of the Aloha Airline disaster he came through and helped us out. it's nice to know the owners of this company are there to help, Pamala and I will recommend you to others.

 April 6, 2008 - Ashley helped us plan our vacation to Maui and the Big Island in Jan. 2008 for our anniversary. It was wonderful. The room she booked for us was beautiful and comfortable at the Royal Lahina. Our partial ocean view was fabolous. We had a view of the ocean and of another nearby island. The view was so beautiful I actually cried when I saw it! The breakfast buffet each morning was a delight. Ashley scheduled 2 day long tours for us and a whale watching cruise. 1. The Road to Hana and 2. Volcanoes National Park tour. 3. Whale watching. These tours are wonderful. The tour guides were very entertaining and informative. They went out of their way to make our tours memorable. We made many stops along the Road to Hana to tour various greenhouses, nurseries, and enjoyed fresh baked banana bread and ice cream. The views are breathtaking, but it was even more special having someone to tell us about the plant life we were seeing and the local legends. On the volcanoes tour, we again had additional stops on the trip making the day a full day of adventure. Both tour guides allowed us time to shop or explore, but yet kept us on schedule so we could see everything they had planned. The whale watching was fun, although I must admit the whales were not jumping up (breaching) as I had hoped. Ashley arranged our lei greeting, inter-island flights, our luau experience (also wonderful!) and booked us a car. There was so much planned we never had to worry about a thing. We were a little concerned that using a company on-line would be a problem, but it was not. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking to book a trip to Hawaii. Thanks Ashley for handling all the details. We were treated like Royalty at the Royal Lahina. A lovley resort with very friendly and helpful staff. |

 March 19, 2008 - I must tell you that we had a wonderful time in Hawaii last October 100% thanks to Isabel. We meant to write this letter a long time ago, but life escapes you fast once you return from vacation. I have to tell you that Isabel was GREAT! We spoke on the phone twice and presto...the most wonderful trip of our lives exaclty as we envisioned it. Isabel is friendly, warm, professional, caring and an excellent listener. How I wish you had an agency and an Isabel that could plan our next trip to Europe. We will certainly revisit Hawaii. We will call Isabel for that possibly in 1-2 years. Thank you so much!  March 18, 2008 Aloha Tisha Sita and I would like to thank you for all the splendid arrangements for inter-island travel, hotels and activities which gave us a fabulous vacation to Hawaiian Islands including Oahu, Maui, Lanai and Big Island. We will cherish this vacation forever. During this vacation we could see the outer reaches of the universe from Mauna Kea to the inner magma coming out as lava at Kalapana and everything in between including throwback to days of plantation era at Lanai, glorious tropical forests on road to Hana, wonderful Waikiki beach, colorful shows/luau at the Polynesian Center and the somber Arizona memorial. The trip went without a hitch. We are back in New Jersey and missing the great weather of Hawaii and can’t wait for our next trip there. Thank you for all your hard work in organizing our vacation. |

 March 12, 2008 - Aloha I wanted to tell you that my daughter, granddaughter and I just returned from Hawaii 2 weeks ago. We were fortunate enough to work with Angelica and book our travel, hotel, swim with dolphins, helicopter tour and luau. It was absolutely wonderful and I just wanted to tell you mahalo for all the work Angelica did for me and how easy she made the whole trip. We visited Maui and Oahu and absolutely loved it. Feb. 19th, 2008 - Hi Ashley Thanks so much for all you did for us on our trip last week. Are you responsible for the wonderful weather? We really loved that too!! Not a drop of rain!! Everything was perfect until we got back to Houston, and we and several hundreds of other people were stranded because of weather - lightning, thunder, and tornados closed the Houston airport Saturday night and snow closed the Kansas City airport on Sunday- but since it was the end of our vacation, it really didn't make that much difference. We got home about 9 hours late - not bad since they told us we might be stuck there until Tuesday!! We were very happy with the Pride of America and our 10 shore excursions and transportation to our hotel and to the pier with Roberts. It was the perfect trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Our daughter and her husband, and the same 3 couples that went on this trip are thinking about a Mediterean cruise in 2009. Do you book those too? If so, we might have the pleasure of working with you again. Thanks again for all you did to make our vacation so enjoyable. Carolyn Norman |

Feb. 9, 2008 - Aloha Mahea and a big mahalo for your guidance to a wonderful trip to your beautiful state. We had a great vacation. All accomodations were more than satisfactory. In fact the Sheraton on Kauai, upon learning we were on our thirty-fifth anniversary trip upgraded us to a delux ocean front room with a bottle of champagne. That property is georgeous and the staff is the most friendly we have ever met. By the second day most of them knew us by name despite the fact we spent little daylight time in the resort proper. The Mariott at Maui was quite a bit more formal but nevertheless friendly. We also found the car rental staffs helpful.Thanks Bob and Pat Sibille |

Feb. 6, 2008 - Aloha! Yaling! Sigh. We are back to cold and snow, but we are still glowing, not only from our suntans, but from the wonderful time we had in Hawaii. Mahalo! Everything was truly spectacular! Thank you so much for putting together such an incredible package for us. The restaurant choices were perfect. Being greeted with a lei and having a limousine waiting for us was a great way to start. We love all the goodies and the bag you gave us. The champagne and candy delivered to our room was so nice! The tours were all great/ perfect blend of sightseeing and relaxation! We had perfect seats for the Polynesian show! Deluxe treatment all the way! The massages, the room we had--everything! Thank you! We will definitely recommend your services to our friends and family!
