Sept. 8, 2008 - Hi Abby, We had a great time. We did the Sunlight Tours on a boat with Captain China – Michael to swim with the Dolphins and really enjoyed this. He started us off with a Hawaiian prayer. We did the Blue?? Helicopter tour over the volcano out of Helo. We went to the spiritual vortex to mediate and hike on Waipio Valley. We went to the Macademia nut factor. We enjoyed our lovely b-day dinner at the Four Seasons. The Fairmont was great and relaxing and perfect that we included the breakfast in our package. Thank you for all your help. It was truly lovely and memorable. Maybe next year!!
Sept.7, 2008 - Hi Kalei, Just wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful vacation in Hawaii. Each island was different and provided for new and exciting experiences. The boys had a ball surfing, snorkeling and playing on the beaches. The erupting volcano was really amazing - we walked out at night with flashlights to see it! The accomodations were great and in great locations. Because it was our anniversary, each hotel provided champagne and/or additional upgrades. The Hilton even put us on the executive floor with additional privileges. We also were lucky that all of our filghts were on time and easy. Thank you for all of your efforts on our behalf.

Sept. 6, 2008 - We scheduled our first family vacation to Hawaii through Jessie at Aloha Travel. We were very pleased with our trip. Our hotels were great and everything was well-planned. We started our trip on Oahu because we wanted to see Pearl Harbor (which is definitely worth seeing, especially for history buffs). Because we were staying in Honolulu, we did not have a rental car. Jesse arranged for transport from the airport and for the tour of Pearl Harbor. Not having been there before, it was nice to be met at the airport and to have everything planned, including our transport to the second island we visited. We spent the majority of our vacation on the Big Island where we had a rental car. We enjoyed the variety of things there are to see and do, such as visiting coffee farms (and tasting the great coffee), snorkeling, seeing the different kinds of sand beaches, visiting Volcanoes National Park (including a nighttime lava viewing), and sightseeing to view the beautiful flora the Island has. Our favorite thing was the snorkeling and the Big Island had some great snorkeling locations and we saw a huge variety of beautiful fish. Advise from my husband: stay away from the Spiny Urchins! We saw several Hawaiian Sea Turtles, which was a highlight. We also did the nighttime Manta Ray snorkel, which was amazing and by far our best memory. I would highly recommend Jessie and Aloha Travel. Everything went smoothly and it was nice to have no worries! Kristy Bergland

August 22, 2008 - Aloha Abby, Sorry for my late reply, it’s been a little hectic with work and raising teenagers. We need another holiday! But, I cannot thank you enough for all you help in organising our trip to Hawaii. You have really exceeded in excellence with planning our trip, I cannot recall anyone being so efficient and helpful as you have been. I hope Hawaii-Aloha Travel pay you well because you really are a star. If ever anyone tells me they are going on a holiday and they are looking at Hawaii I will certainly give them your details and tell them how wonderful you have been (you need to print this out and show your boss…hehe) A little disappointed that we didn’t get the chance to catch up with you but I guarantee one thing is that we will definitely be back in Hawaii in the next few years (maybe sooner) and I would love to use your services again. Not sure how frequently you come to Sydney but next time you’re here please feel free to give me a call and I would love to catch up with you. We have covered most of the South Pacific and Thailand in the past let me say that our Hawaii holiday was the best holiday we have ever had. I have not one bad thing to say about the whole time, only the entertainment on the cruise was not really happening. We have been on 2 other cruises with P&O and they really put on a show. Apart from that we loved the ship and the people on board, the food was fantastic and now I have to work twice as hard at the gym to lose those extra kilos (but that’s what holidays are for). My favourite island was Maui, the beaches were so nice and loved the freedom that hiring a car gave us. We saw so much more than if we had booked shore excursions alone. We upgraded to a jeep in Kauai and that was fantastic, I’ve never driven a jeep but boy was it fun, once again saw so much. Hilo was amazing and we booked the Roberts Volcano Tour through them, they were very professional and made it a lot of fun. The guide ensured we got to see as much as we could and although some parts of the National Park were closed he fulfilled our curiosity with lots of information. The lava flowing into the ocean was another amazing site…you just don’t get to see things like that and we are fortunate to have seen it. And the Napali coast…amazing! We didn’t really get to see the Resort Quest Waikiki Beach Hotel because we arrive in the early hours of the morning very tired so I really can’t comment on that hotel. The Marriott was great, we most of all loved the balcony and the view. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. And I couldn’t believe how much we saved by booking it through you. When we asked at front desk they quoted $413.33 per night in the same room. This is why we looked around for a cheaper alternative before I read your message. Once again sorry for the run around we gave you regarding the extra nights and shuttle buses. Once again, we can’t thank you enough for all your help and I hope we can some day catch up and say hi. August 21, 2008 - I want to compliment Tara on the exceptional service she provided to me and some of my staff in arranging accommodations for us in Honolulu. We have been working on a Hawaii trip for almost a year as a celebration for an employee who returned from military duty in Iraq. Tara has been instrumental in making sure that we have a successful trip despite the many roadblocks (on our part) that came up along the way. Since I am in the customer service industry myself, I know how important it is to work well with the customer. July 18 - 2008 Kalei was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. She responded with incredible speed and was patient with us. This is a big trip for us and we were quite cautious. Your agency appealed to me as being much more in touch with the arrangements by located in Hawaii. I already feel like I have a friend in Hawaii. This is the first time I did something of this magnitude over the internet and telephone. Now that we have the main plans in place, I look forward to planning our daily itineraries.

I filled out a form, sent it in and within just a couple of hours got a response. Malia has been so good! She has dealt with date changes, island changes, she never skipped a beat. You have one very special employee there. She was just the best. She had a family emergency and Yaling jumped right in for her, picked right up where Malia left off and immediately turned it over to her when she returned. July 6, 2008 - Hey Kalei,Just wanted to let you know that the trip was great! The hotel was really cute and when we got there, we got some upgrade to a full ocean view, which we were obviously thrilled about. The car p/u went VERY smoothly and we managed to get a nice PT cruiser, so again, we were happy. We really had a lot of fun in the laid back type of environment compared to our hectic lifestyles and everyone was so nice! It only took us a day though to realize how horribly packed waikiki beach gets by noon, so we managed to get up early and only stay until about one. We also LOVED kahlua beach; it was so beautiful, but Hanauma Bay really hurt us with all those rocks even wearing the flippers, but again, it was beautiful scenery. Diamond head was a bitch of a hike up all those steps (especially with 4 buses of chinese high schools running up behind us) but again, the scenery at the top was great. Overall, we had a great time. We want to come back and do 4 days on the big island and 4 in maui. Thanks for all your help, just wanted to let you know how it all panned out!!!Liz Povinelli
July 3, 2008 Abby, We Just Got Back This Morning And Boy Are We Tired! The Polynesian Cultural Center Was Perfect. They Had The Tickets Waiting And I Just Left A List With Them As To Who Got What Tickets And They Did The Rest. As You Might Have Figured, The Last 2 That Caused Me So Much Grief, Didn't Show Up. But The People At The Center Must Have Kept Track That We Still Had Some Tickets To Give Out Because That Night Before The Luau Started The Announcer Stopped And Asked If The Whole Valerie Fackrell Party Was There. That Was Cool To Think That They Would Take That Time & Effort. By The Way, There Was Also Another LaRocca Girls Soccer Team & The State Of Utah Soccer Association Head Haunchos There That Night. ( We Are From The LaRocca Soccer Club Also ) Who Would Have Thought. Thanks Abby For All The Hard Work You Did For Us. I Will Be Recommending You To Everyone. June 23, 2008 - Kalei, Just wanted to let you know that our trip to Maui was great. We really enjoyed our stay at the Westin and having Whaler's Village next store was very convenient. The Luau in Lahaina was also a very nice experience. Gina and I went horseback riding and also took a trip to Haleakala, which was beautiful. The only snag in the whole trip was the fact the Westin did not have a king sized bed. However, they upgraded us to a larger room with a spectacular ocean view. I wasn't sure if we had paid for the breakfast buffet but we also received vouchers for the buffet. My boss is also contemplating a trip to Hawaii as his anniversary is in October. June 20, 2008 - Ash, the vow renewal was freaking amazing! Rev Ron and the photographer he used was the best! U have to use this combo for future Maui weddings. Seriously, they were the best. We did the sunset vows on Makena beach and the pics were just unreal! I will send u some pics when we get back. Hyatt in Maui was absolutely amazing. The kids loved it! Just to let you know due to job nature I am a frequent travelers as many as 30 international trips a year around the world; and each year I usually take 2~3 vacations like this type with my family. I have many experiences dealing with agents, travel experts, hotels, car rental, but the service Christine offered is 2nd to none! It is measured from timeliness, quality of response, recommendation, think in customers shoes, and best of all, seems that she doesn't sleep...... we are from Hong Kong (18 hours ahead of Hawaii), and I think I have received her mail at US time 1am, 4am, 7am, 10pm, and of course in your normal office hours, seems she is just there at our time zone! While am able to enjoy the coming vacation in July, am already enjoy the best part of what Hawaii is offering! Hopefully the trip will go smooth then I will send your company and full complimentary note!

June 3 2008 - Sorry to be so long in replying about our trip you helped us with May 1-8. We really enjoyed and want to return possibly next year. We were pleased with everything. The only complainat was the rooms at Aqua Waikiki Wave were noisy. The room doors were very loud and woke us up several times during the night and early morning.
