Mahalo big time for all you did to make our visit to Hawaii a wonderful experience.  The anniversary package was fabulous:  excellent champagne, strawberries, hors d'oeuvres, etc.  We enjoyed our special evening in the Jefferson Bistro with our party of eight.   Our champagne and cake party was fun, getting to know three other anniversary couples.  Mahalo also for booking our room at the Outrigger - great restaurants there, and our room was lovely.  We have over 400 pictures to remember our trip plus the professional photos taken on the ship.

We hope to return to Hawaii some day.   Doesn't everyone?  Mahalo again,

Our Hawaii trip last August was so amazing!

We would like to plan another Hawaii vacation for the end of June this year and this time take out 2 children with us. (They are 11 and 13)  I already have some ideas of what we would like to do.   I would like to see what you could do for us again since you did such a great job last time.

Hi Abby,

Just to let you know that we had a wonderful vacation on Kauai and the Aston Aloha Beach Hotel provided a microwave in our hotel room.  We also got a wonderful rental car from Alamo.  Needless to say, we enjoyed every minute of our stay on Kauai, even though Trevor sprained his ankle on Day 2.

 Thank you and your firm for the “Welcome Bag” filled with two boxes of chocolate covered macadamia nuts, the camera, mug, cards and other goodies.  The bag served as a lovely beach bag too.  We enjoyed our stay in Hawaii—especially the 80 degree temperature.  The meal plan was great and being able to track it on TV was helpful.  We especially enjoyed driving the convertible around the island.  Our room was nice and large, had a lovely view of the ocean, and the grounds were beautiful.  The luau at the hotel on Christmas Day was wonderful as the food was good as well as the show and especially the fireworks.

Just wanted to say thank you for booking our multi-island Hawaii vacation for us. The Park Shore Waikiki was a nice hotel. And you were right - the beds and pillows were heavenly. Although, they could use to re-grout their bathrooms and put another coat of paint on the hallway walls. The restaurant above the hotel (LuLu's) served the best seafood omlet my husband ever had. We were excited about having a 2-bedroom condo at the Outrigger at Royal Kahana Resort - a place with a homey feeling. Unfortunately the first condo they assigned to us did not have an acceptable oceanview, you would have to stand on one part of the balcony on your tip toes while crinking your neck. However they did move us to a more acceptable room - the only downside being one of the bedrooms had 2 twin beds. The upside . .  within 20 minutes of settling in to our new room, we were watching whales from our balcony. Nice accomodations! The Outrigger Kanaloa at Kona was the nicest surprise! This fairway view 2 bedroom condo was in a gated community and was just lovely. It had a huge lanai where we ate breakfast every morning and played cards at night. This condo also had twin beds in the 2nd bedroom but my in-laws graciously accepted these accomodations once again.
 
The only other glitch was the rental vehicle . . Dollar was out of the Cherokee Laredo on Kona. We ended up with a Chrysler 300 which was a tight fit for our luggage. We were offered a couple other gas guzzlers but figured we'd make due with the 300.
 
Thank you for your prompt service and for being price competitive! We will definitely send family and friends your way. We will also contact you when we go back to Hawaii for the 4th time! We're Hawaii addicts and I see condos in our future - that was the way to go! Thanks again!

I just got back on Sunday and to tell you it was fantastic is an understatement.  I had more fun on this trip than the previous eight visits to Honolulu.  Thank you so very much for arranging this trip, the hotel, airline and everything was perfect.  I really like the Park Shore and my room and view was out of this world.  I was on the top floor (Room 1809).  I will be contacting you soon to arrange for another trip, this time it will be for June, 2011 (my 60^th Birthday) and, my daughter and grandson will be travelling with me.  Will talk to you soon.

The islands were breathtaking and I would thoroughly recommend going to Hawaii to all our friends.  Cruise was fantastic, the staff were so accommodating, food was 5 star, hotel at Waikiki was great and shuffle people to and from the airport were very helpful and pleasant.

Greetings from OZ!!!

Thank you so much for your email, I also would like to thank you for your time and effort in assisting me with our booking – you were very patient and a delight to work with.  It was great to actually speak to you finally!!

The Moana Surfrider was truly beautiful.  The first room we were assigned had partial ocean views and a fantastic balcony we could sit out on, the beds where magnificent and felt like we were sleeping on clouds.  Our last night at Moana was a show stopper!  They had upgraded us to full ocean view on the 5th floor – absolutely spectacular.  The service provider by all staff could not be fault.

All in all we both had a fantastic and relaxing time.  The service you provided was sensational and made our trip very very easy.  As mentioned earlier Abby, you were a delight and I will definitely utilise your service again and also recommend you to family, friends and colleagues.

I will be back again next year Abby, same time of year for 2 weeks purely on Oahu!  Stay tuned and watch this space!!!  Please stay in touch.

Aloha Ashley!

We are sadly back from our trip to Hawaii. Both Vic and I would have liked to stay for another week!   What an amazing time we had!!!  It was so much more than I had ever imagined.  The activities were so much fun and well planned.  We were treated like VIPs whereever we went.  Everything went very smoothly from the limo pick up at the airport to the incredible activities we did there in Oahu.  The Hyatt was a beautiful hotel and they were very accommodating to anything we requested.  We ended adding a few more excursions on our free days and the hotel made it extremely easy to do.  It was great being shuttled around to all the activities without worry.  It was such an adventurous yet relaxing vacation.  Waikiki beach was just beautiful and had a lot going on everyday.  It wasn’t as crowded as I anticipated.  That was good.

We had to adjust to “Hawaiian Time” but that did not take long.   Everyone was just so easy going.

I’m not even sure I could tell you my favorite part of the trip.  Each day had it’s own great things.  We loved the Polynesian Cultural Center with Luau – the Ambassador package was awesome.    Sea Life Park was wonderful also.  Thank you for scheduling the interactions with the sea lions and sting rays.  That was a great surprise.  In fact we both agreed that we like the sea lion interaction even better than the dolphin interaction.  All were just fantastic.  Pearl Harbor was a great experience as well as Hanauma Bay – I snorkeled for the first time.  Awesome!

The food was absolutely delicious everywhere.  The buffet breakfast at the Hyatt was unbelievable!   We really enjoyed the dinner at Dukes Restaurant at the Outrigger also.  It was all just wonderful. 

Thank you for all your help and planning of our vacation.  As you know, we were very apprehensive at first because we had never done this before.  As soon as we arrived, our minds were put at ease because everything went so smoothly.  We were a little worried on our way back home when we landed in Chicago and had to quickly make our way to another terminal way across the other side of the airport in a very short time –we did make it in time but it was a little nerve racking though.

We have already decided that we would like to go back next year and bring our kids with us this time.  Maybe we could try doing Oahu along with another island also.  We were very impressed with all you did for us and would like your input on our future plans for next year.  Thank you so much and we will be in contact with you to start planning for next year.
