June 3, 2009 - Hi Abby, My wife and I loved Hawaii. It was the first vacation we'd taken in several years, but it was well worth the wait. The Hawaii Prince was first rate; good call on your part. We enjoyed the cruise very much. Our room was wonderful, but we feel the service could have been better. For instance, no one on the ship told us that occupants of rooms such as ours could eat breakfast and lunch at one of the specialty restaurants instead of utilizing the buffet and room service. The Feast at Lele luau was another great call on your part. It was fabulous - one of the high points of our trip. Our seats couldn't have been better; we were front row middle. We also greatly enjoyed our horseback ride at Princeville Ranch stables. It was one of the best we've ever done - a unique experience. We had a wonderful time, and could have used another week there; there's so much to do and see. Thanks for everything you did to make this trip a success. We're completely satisfied. Mahalo, Homer |

June 2, 2009 - Hi Jessie Man we wish we were still in your part of the country. What a truly amazing place to visit especially for a honeymoon. We started our trip in Honolulu at Waikiki Beach. We stayed at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. No complaints there. Very nice people, nice and clean rooms and a great outdoor breakfast. We did the Pearl Harbor Tour and that was really interesting. After that we had a tour of the city of Honolulu which was very educational and interesting to hear about some of the attractions and buildings. We stayed there for 2 days which was plenty. We didn't like the commercial feel of the city so much but we had to do the Pearl Harbor Tour. My recommendation is to visit Honolulu for 1 day and then head on to Maui. Which brings me to Maui....... PARADISE CITY TIMES 20!!!! We stayed at the Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa and that was unreal. We toured the Road to Hana which had a lot of waterfalls and swimming pools. Very cool if you like the outdoors like we do. Also, snorkeled right out in the ocean next to the Black Rock. 40-50 snorkelers all day long out there. There are 2 BIG Sea Turtles out there and beautiful fish and coral to view. We snorkeled three different times while we were there. We also did the Sunrise Bike Tour at Haleakala Crater. UNBELIEVABLE SUNRISE!!! Probably the best in the world. Very cold at about 10,000ft above sea level then you bike back down the mountain about 15 miles. We recommend this for sure. Mama's Fish House is the best restaurant we ate at. Pricy but worth it. You have to go there if you are in Maui!!! Period! We had an unforgettable Honeymoon with a lot of memories from Hawaii and I definitely recommend going. Also, our travel agent, Jessie from Hawaii Aloha-Travel was the most caring and professional agent anyone could ask for. She was always available to answer any questions....and I had a lot. She was very knowledgeable about all the things to do in Hawaii and we now know who to call if we need any travel help in the future. These days it is hard to find someone who cares about their clients the way Jessie took care of us and for that we will always be thankful! We highly recommend that if you are planning a trip to Hawaii, give Hawaii Aloha-Travel a call and ask for Jessie. She will definitely help you out! All the best, Jody and Maija Todd (Greensboro, NC) |

May 29, 2009 - I want to tell you that we thoroughly enjoyed our Hawaiian cruise vacation. Your suggestions were great and we deeply appreciate your patience with us while we tried to decide what we should do and where. We took your advice on the excursions and we’re so glad we did. The Old Lahaina Luau was fabulous in every way! We rented a Harley Davidson for a day on Maui and rode over 200 miles. The road to Hana was awesome on motorcycle with breathtaking views. It’s interesting how the island is so different from one side to the other. Your pick for the place to do a helicopter tour with Will Squires was right on too on Kaua'i. They offered us an opportunity to purchase a video of our actual flight and we bought that as well. We did a lot of exciting things while we were there last week adding a submarine, Pearl Harbor and Honolulu city tours to the things I listed above. You were absolutely right in saying why spend all that money to go to Hawaii and miss out on the chance of a lifetime to see the true beauty of the islands. We took full advantage of everything that was there for us and we are so grateful that you were there to guide us in the right direction. Bruce Riggins |

May 25, 2009 - Kalei Our trip to Hawaii was more than fantastic! The plane ride, the roomy vehicle and the fabulous suite were so grand. We cannot express our appreciation for the wonderful job you did. Our trip was perfect, lovely and just plain wonderful. If we return next year, we will contact you again. Just one thing – the vehicle was booked for an extra day which was paid for. How would be go about obtaining the extra day for which we didn’t need? Trip ended on Saturday yet the car was booked through Sunday. Please advise. Again, thank you for the excellent service. Mahalo Mahalo Mahalo Yvonne, Joan and Carla |

May 11, 2009 - Kalei, Just wanted to thank you for all the wonderful arrangements you made for our trip to Hawaii. Everything worked out so well! The hotels/condos were excellent choices and we enjoyed every one of them, especially the Outrigger Waipouli on Kauai. What an elegant facility! Even though the weather was very cool and windy, we just HAD to swim in their fantastic river pool, and it was great. The Wyland Waikiki was in a super location, and very beautiful. The Royal Kahana on Maui was also nice and had a great pool, too, but could have used an a/c vent in the bathroom. The flights and car rentals all went smoothly, as did the transfers in Waikiki. I'm sooooooo glad I let you take over our arrangements. It made for a much less stressful trip, not having to worry about every little detail. So thank you again for all you help and patience in booking our trip. It was all we had hoped for and so much more. I'm sure you'll be hearing from us again. Sincerely, Bob & Georgia Wellons Orlando, FL. |

May 10, 2009 - Thank you so much for putting together such a wonderful trip. It was better than I could have ever imagined. We all had a wonderful time. Everything went very smooth. The excurtions were great, including the Blue Water Rafting trip. I would highly recommend this trip to future customers. It is also possible, according to our Captain, to request a specific crew. Our crew absolutely made the trip. Our Captain's name was Aaron and our First Mate was Ceddie. They were a blast! Thanks again Kalei! Rochelle |

March 21, 2009 - Simply saying the service I received from Paul was excellent doesn't do him justice. He worked with me to build a vacation package for my wife and I that really fits our needs. This was particularly important to me because the 30th Wedding Anniversary for Annette and I will be July 12th, during our stay on Kauai. Paul found us the best deals available, worked with me regarding my frequent flyer miles and Starwood Hotels points, and has us set for a Hawaii dream vacation I doubt Annette will ever forget. More than this, Paul was not only the consummate professional in his conduct, but also made every step of the process pleasant, rather than a chore. He has even done the little things I really look for, like automatically insuring the hotel knew this would be our 30th, and insuring the restaurant staff of the hotel knew I had a special dietary need. Because of Paul, your agency has gained a new customer for any future trip we will take to Hawaii. Thanks a million Paul! |

March 04, 2009 - Tara is great. She really knows what she is doing and is very sweet. We would book with her anytime. We can't wait to come back to the most beautiful state in the U.S. |

March 02, 2009 - Meaha was really helpful to get all my needs met in one place and have someone to make all the reservations. If I had to do everything myself, it would have been very tedious and I might have ended up avoiding it altogether. |

February 19, 2009 - My agent Jessie, Was a true delight she was very helpful and put up with all my questions even though some of them may have been somewhat stupid, I just want everything to be perfect and a trip of a life time that myself and husband will remember for yrs to come. I believe with the help of Jessie and some internet research this will be just that. My husband was on your beautiful island about a yr.ago with his brother Steve who was dying of brain cancer they spent 12 glorious days and it was a bitter sweet trip. He has since pasted on but now he is returning with me (Susan) and we will are looking forward to making our own wonderful memories. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Especially to Jessie you are a sweetheart. Thank you again Susan & Daniel Birrell West Lafayette Ohio |

Feb. 14, 2009 Did some hotel research on my own, was trying to do a multi-island trip and couldn't figure it out with some of the sites I visited, and got lucky when I found your site. What really hooked me was the fact that my agent, Kalei, not only sent me info in an email, but the fact that she took the time to call me, and then respond to all my emails. She even called me back to verify everything while I was mulling over the details. She's done a wonderful job, and after talking to her on the phone, I knew I didn't need to ck w/any other agents. Thank you all so much....we are looking forward to visiting Hawaii again. Georgia Wellons |

February 12, 2009 - Mahea was wonderful. This is our first time to Hawaii even though we had thought we would visit much sooner in our lives. We are retired and need to see some places now that we have the time and fundage. We are a close family and look forward to sharing this experience with our son, his wife and their two boys. We also hope our oldest son can join us this time. Thank you for your assistance. We sure are excited! Thanks again Mahea! Dawn & Michael |

February 11, 2009 - Dear Kalei, I have wanted to call you but thought it best to write a note about how truly fabulous our trip to Hawaii was. You helped me plan our trip leaving December 22 and (sadly) returning on January 3. Kalei, everything you helped schedule went like clockwork(all the connections), which means it was a dream trip. We loved where we stayed on Oahu. We were very touched by the Arizona Memorial and then drove the North Shore where we saw the Obama family motorcade as he and his family went to scatter the ashed of his grandmother. We ate coconut shrimp at a shrimp stand and tried out all of the beautiful beaches. Then we flew to Kauai which was so green and lush. My daughter and I enjoyed the many gardens on the island. We stayed at Mango Plantation and I have to say YOU WERE RIGHT about listening to you. If you ever have any travelers who need to listen to you and are hesitant, have them contact me. It was a beautiful spot, privately owned and within walking distance to a gorgeous beach. We picked fruit each morning for breakfast. The 8 of us stayed there and had a comfortable bed for about $40 each. It helped the budget BUT the roosters were very annoying. There were 20+ roosting in the trees right outside my daughter & family's open air cottage(screened windows). So, that made it a little edgy for them. The roosters started crowing each morning at 12:05 AM. The other house had windows & we wore ear plugs so we were fine. The plus was there was a large kitchen and we were close to several markets that had fresh fruits and fish. We enjoyed cooking. So, we saw several of the lodgings you suggested and they were very nice. We are campers so Doug and I did fine. It was very rustic. I want to go back to Kauai for my 70th in 2 years and stay for a month, no kidding(already started saving). Our last stop was at the Outrigger Condos in Kona. When we arrived we found out they had upgraded us to OCEANFRONT! The condo was exquisite. It had the largest bathroom we had ever seen. The condo was appointed with such care. We decided to spend out last day at there enjoying the pool and sitting on our lanai watching the boaters. We went to the Bayview coffee plantation. It is small, free and we had a delightful tour as well as the volcano. It was a brilliant way to end the trip. Thank you Kalei for being so knowledgeable about Hawaii and helping me plan Doug's 70th birthday trip. It was PERFECT. Mahalo, Kalei |

February 10, 2009 - Aloha Angelica Thank you very much for your efforts. Your quote was head and shoulders above the crowd, and so were you. It has been a rare pleasure to converse with someone who really embodies the spirit of Aloha. I will be sure to write a letter of recommendation to the Hawaii Travel Authorities when Tammy comes back with what I am sure will be a glowing report. I am really happy that she will be able to have such a nice time. I'm sure that you noticed that I included the cost of the travel insurance. I made sure that she understood it and let her read your email explaining the value of it. She was pleased that you told her about it. I had a question concerning a spa treatment for Tammy. I forgot to include that request. She is very happy with her vacation as is stands. Perhaps you could give her some ideas about that. She has only been on a plane twice before and has never travelled much at all. My experience of Hawaii was just a business trip, so I really couldn't give her lots of details. She herself is a mother of 4. Will she receive the little welcome goody bag, or is that just included in other vacations? Very tiny questions that do not interfere at all with our appreciation of your efforts. Thank you for letting me know about my signature quote. I have several that help guide my heart and mind....here are a couple: Anger is a feast, and the only thing that is consumed is you. Live!!! Life's a banquet and most poor suckers are starving to death! Mahalo once again, Wanda |

February 5, 2009 - Aloha Kalei! We just returned from 10 days in Hawaii and we had a great time. Thank you for putting together a great package for us. Everything went well. Our only slight disappointment was after having spent 4 days at Resort Quest in Maui, we then stayed at Lae Nani in Kuai. Lae Nani needs work. But overall, the trip was great. Can't wait to spend an entire vacation in Kuai. JoAnne Bernier |

February 8, 2009- Kalei was helpful and informative. As with any time that you make a big expenditure like this you always wonder if you got the best deal out there. I did like dealing with an agency that knows the in and outs of the area first hand. I feel confident that the recomendations and advice we were given was honest and intended to give me and my family the vacation of a lifetime. Mike T. |
