Aloha !!
Thanks for everything. The hotel was great, and the pick-up and drop –off
worked perfectly. It was so easy and effortless. It was funny on the way in,
we had to go around the traffic and the street blocked off for the Spam
festival, so we were not dropped off at the hotel. Luckily, we were able to get
to the Sheraton next door from a side street, and they transferred the bags.
The way back worked perfectly right in front of the
hotel.
Back to work, and on
East Coast time. Next time I head to Hawaii I will definitely give you a call.
Or, if anybody I know is going to Hawaii I won’t hesitate to
recommend.

April 26, 2012 Hi Abby, I wanted to thank you for all your help in making our trip in March so wonderful! It was our first trip to Hawaii and we all had a great time. We visited Big Island, Oahu, Kauai. The accommodations and transportation were all great and we were very pleased... The people are very friendly, the islands are beautiful and each has its own charm. We were able to go to the volcanoes park on Big Island, do some site seeing and shopping during our stay in Waikiki and also Kauai. The farmer's markets were great. Our day at the PCC [Polynesian Cultural Center] was very informative and fun and we enjoyed the luau and dance... Overall, a great trip and we hope to come back soon! Thank you again for everything! April 12, 2012 Abby, We enjoyed our vacation, it was fantastic. We thought everyone at the outrigger reef on the beach was beyond helpful, they all would do something to go out of their way to help us more than what we'd ask. we also enjoyed the outrigger kaihuna as well, but had less interaction with the staff there. Thank you for both of your welcome presents it was nice to have something waiting for us. we especially loved the waikiki gift. I'm trying to talk my family into taking a similar trip next year and I will definitely email you if/when that happens. thank you for all of you help!!! LARA |

We are sadly on the bus headed to the airport. We had a wonderful time and will be returning with my mother. Everything you set up for us went really well - the bus service, events were perfect. Abby,
Just wanted to drop a note to let you know everything went great on our trip last week. Everything from the pick-up at the pier to the return to the pier went very smoothly. The hotel in Honolulu was excellent, especially since they upgraded us to an ocean view. We also got a free upgrade on our car in Hilo - went from a compact to a Mustang convertible. Unlike other vacations where we have felt that we saw what we wanted to see and didn't see a need to return, Hawaii is definitely on our list for a return visit. When we do, we plan to use Hawaii-Aloha. Thank you for the wine and appetizers in our cabin.

Good morning Kalei
I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful planning you did on our recent
trip! Thank you for helping to make our anniversary memorable! The
accommodations were awesome, just when we thought they couldn't get better, they
did! Wow! Everything went according to plan. Our flight home was very bumpy but
we made it a-ok.
If we had one complaint, it would be the small commuter planes. I thought
that they were particularly picky on the carry-on size, weight of the checked
bag etc...it was worked out and we planned better after the first time. It made
things a little uncomfortable for a bit, but heck, if that was the worse, we did
well!
Thank you again, and also for the treats at the room-

We had an excellent time in Kauai. It was paradise, as you know. It
was very hard to come home after being in such a beautiful environment without

03/09/12 In April 2011 I retired from the Bank of Montreal after 39 years. I knew that I wanted to take a special trip to celebrate, not knowing where or when at this point. One place I always wanted to go to was Tahiti, several years ago I had visited Fiji and the Cook islands but not Tahiti. From all the pictures I had seen of this beautiful island I was fascinated by its beauty. I had also found out that a flight left Hawaii once a week versus flying out of Los Angeles. My imagination started running wild: stay in Honolulu for a few days, on to Tahiti, back to Hawaii for a few days and home to Vancouver,B.C. In early December,2011, I searched for travel agencies in Hawaii as I felt they would be more knowledgeable on the South Pacific because of your location. I found your company and called and Paul Bowen took my call. I told him of my plans and he got back to me within a short period of time with a package. I should mention that pending his call I phoned another agency which specialized in the South Pacific and the first thing the lady asked me was for my date of birth and passport number. I told her she didn’t need that info at this point. She then asked me how much did I want to spend. I had no idea of the cost and suggested she call me back with some quotes. I never heard back from her. On the contrary, I could tell by talking to Paul, he was very passionate about his work and as our conversations evolved very efficient and knowledgeable. He prepared an amazing itinerary with no detail omitted. He even helped me book the flights with Westjet to and from Vancouver as I could not get the flights I wanted from Canada. In addition, my husband who was going with me initially had to cancel a month later because of medical reasons and I needed to change the name of my travelling partner who had been my friend for 40 years. There was no way I was going to cancel this trip of a lifetime. Again Paul looked after this perfectly. Having just returned from this wonderful journey which literally took us to an island in the middle of nowhere, I can’t believe how everything went so smoothly. Flights, transportation pick ups, hotel expectations were exactly as planned. What was so impressive was that he included whatever was possible so our expenses on the journey were very minimal. There were no surprises and we didn’t have to worry about anything. His choice of hotels was perfect – the Outrigger Waikiki’s location and the Sofitel in Bora Bora. We heard that other hotels there charged exorbitant amounts for things that were included in our package. I would like you to share this with Paul and your Staff because he exceeded all expectations in service, quality of work and communication. These were the qualities I sought in the individuals that reported to me as a Branch Manager. He really did “Get it right.” At every opportunity, I will refer people to him for their travel plans, it was an absolute pleasure working with him on planning this vacation. |

Hi Kalei,
I wanted to thank you very much for your help, in getting
everything setup for our trip that just took place. It was absolutely
beautiful, and we will be going back again, and again…
Having said that, when is the “cheapest” time of the year to
go to Kauai? We’re talking about going back next year, for our 1 year
anniversary. I know February is more expensive, but I was curious when is the
cheapest, as we may go back this year if it has yet to happen.
Also, anything we book from here on out, please make sure
it’s on Continental Airlines. We had quite a few problems with American, on
the return flights as well, and almost didn’t make it back to Houston. Just
have a bad taste in my mouth with American Airlines. I want to stick with
Continental.
Hope to hear from you soon. I’ve even started looking at
properties online in Kauai, to purchase as a rental property, that we could stay
at when we decide to go back, and rent out the rest of the time. If I could
figure out how to move there, we would!

February 6, 2012 Abby, the trip was wonderful. You did a great job of lining everything up. All of the transportation to and from the airport was great, they were right on time and very considerate. January 20, 2012 Hi Abby, Our vacation was wonderful! Our room at the Moana Surfrider was fabulous, and the location was excellent! Our cruise was great. The Pride of America is a nice ship. It was always clean, the staff courteous and the food was great.

January 20, 2012 Hi Abby, we’re back in L.A. now so we had to wake up from our Hawaiian dream. However, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed this trip. The Outrigger Luana Waikiki was just wonderful and the room you secured for us was the best yet. Our balcony overlooked the Fort de Russy Park and had a great ocean view. Thank you so much for taking the time to plan such a wonderful honeymoon for us. The personal attention we got at Hawaii Aloha made it wonderful and helped us get a solid idea of what we had wanted. We LOVED Turtle Bay resort and were so sad that we had to leave. My grandmother went to Hawaii once a year and I hope one day we can do the same because it is the most beautiful place on earth. I am so sorry it has taken me so long to email you.
It has taken a while for me too get back too normal. The flight home was
horrible and several hours of snow delays. Thank you so much for everything. We
had a wonderful time. The lei greeting was awesome. We did not want too come
home. Both Islands were amazing. It was nice too be in bed early and of course
of Kauai the rooster woke us up every morning at 5:30 lol ~

Dear Ashley--Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did
planning our trip to Oahu and Maui! Everything was SO nice, and the
people even nicer!!! We especially loved the folks at the Ka'anapali
(sp?) Beach Hotel. If we can ever return, we'd love to stay there
again. Of course the Marriott in Waikiki was gorgeous, but we
especially enjoyed the family atmostphere at the Ka'anapali. I
do need to give you a "heads up" about one thing that happened on our
last night there. The Old Lahaina Luau was fabulous--but they end at
8:00 p.m. in the winter, not 9:00. So it took us the better part of an
hour to get the Executive Taxi people to pick us up. The staff at Old
Lahaina took good care of us, however, even going so far as
"googling" the taxi company's name to find a phone number for us and
actually making the call to arrange for us to be picked up. They
watched over us until the taxi finally arrived, and great cheers went up
when we were able to get in the taxi. Please understand that we're in
no way complaining--just wanted to make you aware so that you would be
able to arrange the proper pick up time for someone else. As I said, we had an amazing time. We LOVE Hawaii and hope to return some day. Fondly, Linda Sue Hulme |
