July 18, 2010 - Aloha Paul, this is Rich and my wife, Maria, We had a wonderful time in Maui---We had perfect weather the whole week--we went snorkeling,I gotta remember to take the dramamine before, getting on the boat, but the parasailing and horseback riding were real nice--the hotel accomodations were excellent, and we found the dining experiences very pleasant too-our favorite place was Basil Tomatoes at the Royal Lahainia ( that's where we enjoyed our 10th aniv dinner)--We especially enjoyed our view from our balcony--and going to sleep with the sound of the ocean---being a fair skinned guy i didn't worship the sun as many others do , but it's a cooler heat than the one back in chicago, for sure--I would reccommended your service to anyone planning a trip to hawaii--I think if and when we can go again, we'll try one of the other islands--again thanks for the well planned trip --If you just get out of the room you'll have fun no matter what you do !
07/17/2010 - Good Morning Kalei,now that we have returned from our trip to Hawaii I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed ourselves and thank you. Although we loved the Aston Papakea our first choice would be the Aston Kaanapali; lesson learned, book earlier. The Naniloa Volcano Resort was very nice, but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. We had two of the refurbished room on the eighth floor and they were lovely, however, don't book anything lower than the sixth floor. The breakfasts were superb. On Maui we did the Road to Hana in a van; went to Lanai on the Trilogy; attended the Drums of the Pacific luau at the Hyatt-I even had poi. On the fourth of July we took a harbor cruise and watched the fireworks. On the Big Island we finally got to do the helicopter over the volcano - it was great. July 9, 2010 - Thank you for your help in planning out trip to Oahu and Kauai June 22-July2. We had a great time and definitely hope to come back again sometime! The Royal Hawaiian was awesome. We had a great room, the view was great, the beach was great, and we got breakfast vouchers for our entire stay and so we loved having breakfast on the beach each morning. The snorkeling on Kauai was one of the best parts of the trip too. The captain was a lot of fun and there were only 10 of us on the boat so we had a comfortable and fairly private excursion. The rental car went smoothly and we loved having the convertible too. The Marriott on Kauai was also a fantastic place to stay. We actually met a couple (also from North Carolina) at The Royal Hawaiian and when they came to Kauai a day after we did, they ended up canceling their reservations at another place on the south shore and stayed at the Marriott because it was so much nicer and they paid the same per night. The only thing we didn't LOVE was the luau. It seemed very cheesy/over the top to us, mainly the activities before the show. The drink tickets and giant drinks they had took us through the night though, and the show was really cool. We're glad we did it but probably isn't something we'd do every time we come. It was nice being able to see some more of the island on the bus ride though. We did get a car one day and drove the perimeter of the island, stopping off anywhere that looked like a cool beach and hitting all the great north shore surf spots. We jumped off the rock at Waimea Bay which was the most terrifying thing I've ever done. I'm glad I did it though! Hopefully we can come back again one winter and see whales and check out the big waves. We didn't end up doing any other paid excursions (zipline, helicopter, etc.). We just had a great time exploring the islands on our own. I will say, I appreciate that you booked us on a smaller boat for snorkeling on the Na Pali Coast. The smallest boat which we were booked for was having maintenance done and so the day before they called us to see if we minded going on a larger boat - we weren't able to land on the coast but were at least able to go in a cave. Anyway, it was a great trip and I'm definitely glad you booked us with Na Pali Explorer company.Thank you again for your help putting this trip together! July 7, 2010 - Hi Abby, Shaun and I loved our honeymoon! Thank you so much for helping us plan it and getting such good deals! Hawaii is gorgeous and since it was both our first times there it was great to have all the Robert's Hawaii excursions to show us around. We got lots of information from the drivers, and they were always on time. The hotel and cruise were both wonderful so thank you for helping us pick them out. 07/02/2010 Dear Ashley, I want to express my appreciation for the great arrangements you made for the Dai family. Hawaii was the last stop of their vacation and having it be so lovely and memorable meant a lot to me. First - there was the nice greeting at the airport. They told me "Our room is FILLED with flowers!" This tells me that the leis were very nice. Secondly - they LOVED their hotel. I could NOT get them off the beach to go to the Polinesian Cultural Center. Having a great place where they could walk to the beach and see the sights made a big difference. They went to a Luau on the beach and absolutely loved everything. They even told me there was fish on the breakfast buffet. They really appreciated that! Then they went to Maui. At Maui they took that great Chinese tour. They told me the tour guide was the "best" ever! He was excellent and "very funny" they said. They raved about him. Please tell him how much my people liked this tour! I just wanted to let you know how everything went. They loved their condo room, saying it was spacious and nice and everything was "just perfect." July 2, 2010 Aloha Abby, We absolutely loved the Kaanapali Alli. The condo was just perfect and the staff, grounds, amenities, location and services were great! I would definitely visit again as well as recommend to friends. We really enjoyed everything from laying at the beach and pool, to snorkeling, ziplining, and the luau. We will keep your name handy for our next visit and will pass along to anyone we hear that may be planning a trip to Hawaii. The only downer was United Airlines, bringing us in one day late, but there really wasn't anything we could do to change that situation (other than complain to United which we plan to do). July 1, 2010 Hey Abby! We had an absolutely amazing time in Maui & Kauai. I couldn't have dreamed a more perfect vacation for me and my girl. I have traveled across Europe, Asia, and South America and I think Hawaii might be the most beautiful place I have ever seen! We had a great time and all of the activities you booked for us were all very fun and had great customer service. Both of our hotels were amazing! I think we both agreed that we liked the Napali Kai Resort in its entirety more but we liked our room at the Kauai Sheraton more (which was upgraded to the "Ocean Front Suite"). 06/8/10 MAHALO ASHLEY! Your reservations & itinerary worked out perfectly. The Aston Kauai Beach at Makaiwa was more than we had hoped for. The Maui Seaside Hotel was clean and close to the airport. We met a nice little lady that said the Seaside is a second class hotel for first class people. ha-ha) Your prior planning made our trip so easy. The Hana Highway is quite an experience. June 3, 2010 Abby, Thanks for your help with planning our trip to Maui, it was wonderful and you made the planning part so much easier and took a lot of the worry out of the process!! We had a wonderful time! Napili Shores was the perfect place for us too, we loved the area and the grounds and the view were great! We really liked that they had grills and that we had a kitchen to prepare meals at. The staff was very helpful as well. We went to Haleakala to watch the sun rise, drove the road to Hana, went to the Sunset Luau at the Sheraton, went scuba diving at Kaanapali beach, checked out the lava flows and the south side of the island, and spent some time shopping and hanging out in Lahaina… we loved everything we did, except I’d have to say the one thing we didn’t really enjoy was the lava tube “tour” in Hana. Overall though, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family!! Thanks again for everything!! Melissa Kerber
June 2, 2010- Hi Abby, We loved it!!!! So here are my thoughts … The travel home was the one negative … next time we’ll either leave Honolulu early in the morning so that we get back all in one day, or we’ll stay over a night in Los Angeles a night and then fly home the next day. absolutely only negative … too much time in airports in one 24-hour period. But … your planning , assistance, communication, and service were excellent!!! Couldn’t have been better. We travel on 2 vacations every year and this one was by far one of the best planned and experienced. We will travel back to Hawaii (Kauai was our favorite. we would like to go back again) again. 06/03/10 - Jessie, Nick and I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help getting our honeymoon planned. We had an amazing time in O'ahu. Your advice about when and where to do things was much appreciated (including splitting up once we landed in the airport so that we didn't have to wait so long in the rental car line!) Thank you also for the great horseback riding tickets. We had a great time. From a review stand point, I would say that they were really friendly, and tried to make us feel comfortable...but the horses are Polo horses so they're athletic and definitely prone to bucking around a little. Definitely wouldn't recommend it for any kids. But we had a great time and the people working there were very kind to us. We also enjoyed the small group that went out versus a big crowd of us. And on a personal note, you were so nice and helpful during the entire planning process...from the beginning stages of "what do we really want to do, where do we want to go, how long?" to the details of the extra costs we might incur with checking bags and parking at the hotel. We really felt prepared when we left Raleigh and would say we had one of the best vacations we could ever ask for. Thanks so much for helping us achieve that! All the best, Sarah and Nick Troutman
06/01/10 We are home now Ashley.....had a fantastic time! Now we know where to go and what to do etc. We are thinking of purchasing a "budget" trip for our daughter (and possibly a mom/daughter trip) near Nov. or Dec. If its affordable...probably just before or after Christmas. We need as budget as possible without staying in a dive :-) Let us know the best times, or the best way to go on that one. We want to go back as well (sometime)..

I was a bit concerned about not having a/c, coming from the humidity capital of the world, but we never missed it. The weather was wonderful and a steady breeze was perfect. May 18, 2010 Aloha Kalei and Thank You for your help with our recent vacation. It was wonderful! The Pacific Beach was a wonderful location and the breakfast daily was a FULL breakfast. It was nice to look at the aquarium while we ate. Also, the Outrigger Royal Kahaha had a great room as well. We did have to walk down the shore a little to get beach access to lay on the beach but that was not a problem. The view was wonderful. May 16, 2010 Aloha Kalei; We are home and finely rested from our trip to paradise that you and Hawaii-Aloha Travel arranged for us. On Oahu, Kauai, & finely Maui you are the one who made our Hawaiian Holiday a memory of a lifetime. I call you Kalei Hawaii, Charmaine calls you Miss Hawaii. Your knowledge of the Islands and things to do really kept us busy. We arrived on Oahu on Sunday the 11th of April,2010, @12:15 pm. As soon as we arrived we felt like the most important people ever to visit the Hawaiian Islands. We were greeted by a young lady and a young man who presented us with a flower lei greeting. They took us to baggage claim, retrieved our bags and made sure we were in the right car to go to the Outrigger Waikiki. You arranged for us to have vouchers for Breakfast every morning. The food was very delicious, Fresh Fruits, Omelets, Hotcakes, any Breakfast that we could want. In every Resort Hotel we stayed in. The Sheraton Kauai, and the Sheraton Maui.
The rooms were beautiful, and the views from our rooms were breathtaking. The Polynesian Culture Center was an all day trip, from morning at about 10:00am until we returned at about 10:30pm. We had a luau stile lunch, learned a lot about all of the Pacific Islands and there cultures, and ended the day with a traditional Hawaiian Luau. Than back on the Bus to go back to the Outrigger. On the 13th. you know I had planed a renewal of our wedding vows, We had a beautiful Hawaiian Wedding by a waterfall. Charmaine wore a Haku Lei in her hair. Afterwords it was you again when I ask where I could take Charmaine to Dinner, you suggested I take her to the "Hano Hano Club" on the 30th floor of the Sheraton Oahu, I did and the view of Honolulu & Diamond Head were the most breathtaking in Honolulu. I rented cars on all three Islands And with your suggestions was able to see a lot more of Hawaii than most visitors do. Scofield Barracks, the home of the 25th. Infantry Division, my Division when I was in Vietnam some 40 years ago. The U.S.S. Arizona Memorial, the Dole Pineapple Plantation, the Crouching Lion Restaurant, just to name a few. On Kauai, we saw Great Canyon of Hawaii, the Tree Tunnel, the Spouting Hole, and the Kona Kauai Coffee Plantation. On Maui, we went to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurant, the Atlantis Sub-marine ride, the Sunset Dinner Cruse, the Sugar Cane Train Ride, The Old Lahina Luau that I thought was the best Luau in Hawaii, and finely driving down the Hona Road and beyond where we saw some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world. All of this came true because of your knowledge of the Islands. We are saving our coins and dollars now for a return trip back to Maui, Mulakai, & Lanai.
