The Aston Waikiki Banyon is a large, family-friendly condominium resort on the eastern end of Waikiki. The resort has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, and all children receive a free welcome gift upon arrival. Each of the 876 newly renovated one-bedroom suites sleep up to five guests and are equipped with a private balcony and full kitchen. Guests may also choose to prepare meals outdoors at a large, on-site picnic area with barbeque grills. Each of the nonsmoking condo units are outfitted with all the comforts of home including Playsation2 entertainment consoles, high-speed internet, complimentary coffee and tea, and a daily newspaper.
Families can enjoy an active day in the sun without leaving the privacy of the resort. An expansive recreation deck is available to all resort guests and features a large heated pool, two jet spas, basketball court, tennis court, putting green, playground, and snack bar. Banyon Breeze Coffee Company, an on-site café located in the resort lobby, is open daily from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, and offers a wide variety of café beverages, pastries, and sandwiches. Parking is available for $10 per day, and several rental car locations are within a mile of the resort.
The Aston Waikiki Banyon is conveniently located close to several family-friendly attractions including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head State Park, and Kapiolani Park. World-famous Waikiki Beach is just over a block away, and numerous high-end shops, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance of the resort. Bicycles, surfboards, paddleboards, and snorkeling equipment are available for rent at several nearby locations, and the Ala Wai Golf Course is situated across from the resort on the northern side of the Ala Wai Canal.
