Molokai - Castle Kaluakoi Villas

Situated on Molokai's peaceful western shore, the Castle Kaluakoi Villas offer guests the opportunity to experience the slow, relaxed pace of true island life. The resort is comprised of 22 villas in a two-story resort complex. Room amenities include ceiling fans, kitchenettes, and private lanais furnished with tables and chairs. Complimentary parking and laundry facilities are available to all resort guests. Resort amenities include a spacious sun deck, barbecue grills, and a sundry store. The adjacent beach area is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, or watching the sun set over the horizon into the Pacific Ocean.

Restaurants are within a 30-minute drive of the resort in the town of Kaunakakai and include Molokai Pizza Cafe, Molokai Burger, and Molokai Drive-In. Popular island activities include scuba diving, whale-watching, sport-fishing, and Molokai Mule Ride tours. Maunaloa, a small plantation village on the island’s western end, is near two popular Molokai beaches and home to the Big Wind Kite Factory. Halawa Valley, in eastern Molokai, is believed to be an ancient Polynesian settlement and houses the 250-foot Mooula Falls. Kalaupapa National Historic Park, located in central Molokai, boasts some of the tallest sea cliffs in the world, and is home to the secluded settlement colony of Kalaupapa where father Damien established the parish of Saint Philomena and assisted those afflicted with Hansen’s disease. Kalaupapa National Historic Park is not accessible by car and is often seen on foot or via mule rides.
