Located on the north shore of Kauai, the Cliffs are located within the Princeville Resort on 22 acres of lush tropical land. The condo is called the "Cliffs" because it is situationed on a high bluff, overlooking the Pacific. This condo resort has 220 apartments in nine, three-story buildings. Rooms are cooled by ceiling fans (no air conditioning). Individually decorated in island style, all units have carpeted floors and sliding glass doors opening onto private lanais. All units have fully-equipped kitchens and two bathrooms with full bathtub/shower combinations. Condo amenities include washer/dryers and two televisions. Housekeeping staff maintain rooms twice weekly.
The Cliffs offer many on-site amenities, including two tennis courts, a full-size volleyball/badminton court, a half-court basketball court, two shuffleboard courts and a childrens' playground. A swimming pool, spa for adults, and a putting green with sand trap. Major attractions in the immediate area include the 45-hole Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Princeville Golf Courses, the beautiful and unique Na Pali coast, white sand beaches, dramatic helicopter flights over tropical mountains and enchanting sunsets.
