“The Sheraton Maui is a great hotel. The service was top notch and the ocean front rooms have magnificent views. The beach here is not too crowded or loud”.

Located on Kaanapali Beach, where the Black Rock of Kaanapali meets the Pacific Ocean, the Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa occupies a region of Maui that is believed to be a vacation destination for ancient Hawaiian royalty. All 508 guestrooms and suites feature private lanais, mini refrigerators, high-speed internet access, flat-screen TVs, coffee makers, and air conditioning. The majority of accommodations offer views of the ocean, and all rooms are outfitted with stylish island-inspired furnishings.

Guests eager to spend a day in the sun can meander through the expansive swimming lagoon that winds through lush tropical gardens, relax in the soothing Jacuzzi, or venture just a few feet beyond the pool deck to the sands of Kaanapali Beach. Beach towels are provided to guests at no charge, and two outdoor bars offer an array of cocktails and poolside beverage service. Cabanas and gazebo rentals are available at a daily rate. The resort offers a modern and well-equipped fitness facility as well as an array of fitness classes, including yoga and Pilates. After a grueling workout or a long day in the sun, guests may also choose to indulge in a variety of signature spa treatments at The Spa at Black Rock.

Visitors looking to dine on site may choose between a variety of island favorites, including savory international cuisine at Teppanyaki Dan, the Cliff Dive Grill, and the Mai tai Bar. Tropical drinks and lighter fare are available at the two bars within the pool area. Guests may also choose to experience The Maui Nui Luau, a unique luau offering visitors a glimpse into Hawaii’s rich cultural and historical past.

The Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa offers guests the opportunity to take part in a variety of cultural activities, including hula dancing, lei making, and playing the Ukulele. Additional island activities include kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, and deep-sea fishing. Championship golf courses are located very close by in Kaanapali, and a serene beachfront footpath makes it easy for guests to visit other shops and dining options at nearby resort properties.
