Hawaii Vacation Specialist-Chris

Front desk staff was awesome.  They gave my son his resortquest back pack (which secretly I enjoy for carrying my things for traveling so I took it from him).  The bag contained a coloring book and color crayons which he enjoyed.  They also gave us our discount book upon check in and his kids pass to take with him as children can eat for free at participating restaurants with a paying adult.

The lobby is decorated in a very fun way with their surf boards.  Valet service was fast and very friendly.  Lobby also had lots of comfy sofa’s to sit on while waiting or just wanting to sit out and catch some fresh hawaii air.  There are also restaurants on property.  They have a wolfgang puck’s express right in the lobby, a subway also right around the corner (also with a delicious cookie shop in the same place), ice cream and burger king right across the street.  There are also many other restaurants within very close walking distance to this hotel as well.

The views were great.  We were not all the way at the top of the hotel but we still had some nice views.  Rooms were clean and a decent size.  Beds were comfortable and they also sport the LG flat screens that I am getting used to seeing in hotels..but they are so much better than the old tv’s hotels were using..really makes a difference. 

Their theme is really hawaiiana, so you see a lot of aloha print and surf boards, but why not?  You are in hawaii , you should feel like it.  The front desk employee even called right after we got to our room to check that everything was okay and ask if we needed anything.  What service!

I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone visiting hawaii.  It is a great value for it’s location, cleanliness, and great service.
