My home was a chilly city in Canada, prior to moving to Hawaii. Our homeless people had to spend their days and nights in temps reaching -20 or colder. I agree that the homeless in Hawaii need to have some boundaries, but they are always difficult to enforce for any length of time. These difficult economic times have pushed more and more people from their homes. The problem surrounding the homeless will always be with us.
