If you really want to hang out like the locals do make sure you stop by the Shack. This place is friendly and if you put yourself out there a little, you are almost sure to make a couple of friends. The best thing about the Shack is the staff.. when you go in tell the waitress that "Kirkey Lee" recommended it to you and your in baby! By the way...The Shack will open in July in Waikiki at the Waikiki Trade Center, make sure you set some time aside to stop in! Make sure you don’t miss the famous Shack Burger. Really fresh shrimp. I am trying to get around to all of the Top 20 Great American Burger and believe it or not "the Shack" is not on the list.
