Well Bruce, you definitely bring up some VALID points, and you are right to talk about it, because I know that 99.9% of most passengers flying do want to come into their destinations on time for the most part, but I think, overall, what passengers would really like from their airlines IS GREAT SERVICE! I dont' mean the kind that represents on time arrivals. I AM talking about the people that greet you at the gate, who take your tickets, who bring you a drink, who offer suggestions to the visitors on board on where to eat a great meal, or the person who stops long enough at your chair and truly wants to know who you are and why you are coming to Hawaii...now that's GREAT SERVICE! I have a question for Hawaiian and Aloha, why don't you provide great service and then brag about that for a change?!?! Now that's a commercial worth promoting and watching!!!
