Every Aloha Friday is a party when the galleries hold their open houses. Stroll the streets and take in all of the unique island experiences around you. Front Street, running along the vast Pacific, is on the National Register of Historic Places. Explore the town with the help of walking maps and tours. And when you’re dining at a seaside restaurant, don’t forget to check the ocean for whales – Maui waters are a whale sanctuary in the winter. Even these magnificent Humpbacks can’t get enough of Lahaina.
