Choosing a Hawaii Vacation Rental

Hawaii vacation rentals can be better than hotels, but make sure you get a legal one, for example,
on Oahu, only 1,000 homeowners have a certificate that allows them to rent rooms for less than 30 days. However, there are more than 2,000 online advertisements for the rentals on the island, according to a 2005 state study. Most online B & B's for HAwaii are not legal, so please be careful. Give us a call and we can let you kkow which ones to choose. Hawaii Vacations

Backpacks
Kids like being in charge so give them something to be in charge of. A backpack is perfect because it stays put, unlike a bag which can slip off their shoulder and you end up with one more thing to carry. Hawaii Vacations

Put all your favorite ideas from the list below and let them take charge! One advantage to this idea is you have built in In-Flight Entertainment as well as stuff for them to do once you reach your destination. Hawaii Vacations

Books
There's never enough time in the day to read to the kids so take the opportunity of the long plane ride for some one-on-one. Hawaii Vacations

Hawaii Superferry Coming to Hawaii

Hawaii Superferry will better connect our islands. This will improve the quality of life for everyone.

In July 2007, Hawaii Superferry begins daily ferry service from Oahu to Maui and Kauai. Daily service to Hawaii Island begins in early 2009.

Families will have the alternative to travel interisland with the convenience of their cars including baby seats, surfboard racks, luggage and pets. School groups, halau hula, canoe clubs, and cowboys can travel to events with their vans, equipment, canoes, and horses in trailers.

Neighbor island farmers can deliver fresh produce and cattle to market daily.
Getting there with Hawaii Superferry is half the fun! Hawaii Superferry will provide passengers with an extraordinary, rarely seen view of Hawaii in a cruise-like atmosphere.
