Swimming with turtles in Hawaii
This past weekend I was entertaining my god children - they were born in Hawaii but had been living in Florida the last two years but just moved back a couple of months ago. I took them to Laniakea Beach on the North Shore to give them a day I was sure they’d remember for a long time… I wanted to share these photos with you so you could see the joy and excitement on the faces of children getting to see and swim with Hawaiian green sea turtles for the first time on the North Shore of Oahu.
Another cool thing that happened while there was as I was taking photos of the kids I caught these awesome pictures of a young girl in the water with a green turtle right next to her. The pictures were so good I had to go and show them to her and get her email address so I could send them to her. She was there on vacation with her mom and they were both so happy.
