Kauai Kayak Adventure

Na Pali Coast (April-September)

This kayak adventure takes you along the Na Pali Coast to sea caves. waterfalls, hanging valleys and deserted beaches. Paddle by Kalalau Valley, past the arches of Honopu, and into a volcanic sea cave. Paddle alongside Dolphins, Sea Birds, and the occasional  Monk Seal.
Afterwards, the journey will take you ashore at the quiet beach of Miloli’i for lunch. At Miloli’i guests can swim, relax, and see an ancient Hawaiian fishing heiau (Temple). The final stop is Polihale State Park where the sea cliffs meet the dunes of sand. Tour will return you back to Hanalei around 7:30 p.m.

This is a rigorous adventure recommended for only those in top shape. Tours everyday if weather permits. Monday-Thursday are popular and fill quickly. Sundays are great because the boats out of Hanalei are not permitted to run. Check in at 6:00 a.m. Lunch Included. Guests should be comfortable in the water, in good physical condition and don’t get sea-sickness. 5 to 6 hours of paddling with breaks. 16 and up.
                            
Po’ipu Sea Kayak (October-April)

Winter time makes this shore a a favorite for sea kayaker’s. Paddle the same routes taken by early Polynesians and whaling captains.

The day starts on the Golden coast of Kaua’i at Po’ipu. From there paddle west alongside the rugged shoreline home to the Spouting Horn, Lawai Valley, Nomilo Pond, and Wahi’awa cove.

October through April is Humpback Whale season and often the highlight of the voyage. Whales breaching, spinning dolphins, flying fish, Sea Birds, and turtles are common scenery on this tour.
Tour also includes snorkeling off one of Kauai’s most pristine shores.

Check in at 8:00a.m.  Participants should be comfortable in the water, in good physical condition, and resistant to seasickness. About 3 to 4 hours of intermittent paddling. Weather can cause postponements and it is recommend to reserve a week in advance and early on in your stay in Kaua’i. Snacks included.

                           
Blue Lagoon Kayak & Snorkel (Year-Round)

This is a three hour guided paddle of the Hanalei "Heritage River" and Bay that includes snorkeling.
Perfect family activity! Bird and turtle watch and views of colorful reef fish. Adventure into the surf, wade around the shallows, or lounge around crystal clear waters.

Check in at  9:15 a.m Monday-Saturday. Tour is relaxing and safe.  About three hours of sightseeing, easy paddling, and snorkeling. Snacks included.

Hidden Valley Falls Kayak Tour (Year Round)

Take a 2 mile downwind paddle on the Hule‘ia River. Immerse yourself in the serenity and splendor of the National Wildlife Refuge. Hike through lush jungle trails to hidden pools and waterfalls. Then enjoy the peaceful ride back on a motorized canoe. This tour offers plenty of fun and adventure  without the work.

Morning tour check in at 8:00am, and return is at 12:30pm. Picnic tour is at 10:00am with return at 2:45pm. Hike is 1.5 miles & kayak is 60-90 minutes. Snacks for AM Tour & Lunch on Picnic Tour.
                       
Secret Falls Kayak Adventure (Year Round)

Paddle the Wailua River Valley, a sacred area once reserved only for Royalty. Guides will take you back to ancient times with narration sharing the rich Hawaiian history and legends of our ancestors. Paddle up the river’s North Fork then start your short hike through the jungle. This valley is filled with waterways and youll be guided to a beautiful 120-foot waterfall. An adventure for everyone to enjoy!

Daily except Sundays. Check In Times: 8:30am or 10:30am.4 miles of easy kayaking and 1.5 miles of moderate hiking. Tour between 4 and 5 hours.. Participants should be comfortable around water and enjoy hiking.
