Surfing Expedition

Hawaii (Oahu in particular) is universally considered the mecca of surfing, being the birthplace of the sport and the home to world renowned waves such as Pipeline and Waimea Bay. Unfortunately, surfing’s popularity now overcrowds the ocean, especially in heavily populated areas like Waikiki. I wanted to find a surfing adventure for our customers that offers an authentic experience, just like the ones I have enjoyed since I was three years old.

Hawaiian Surf Adventure is undoubtedly the best surf expedition on this island. HSA takes a private boat out into the crystal clear waters of a secluded bay where the only crowd you will find will be the turtles swimming by.  This allows guests to truly connect with nature and experience the pure joy of surfing like the Polynesians did centuries ago. Not to mention the surrounding landscape seen from the ocean offer a perspective unlike any. The adventure involves a half an hour on land tutorial, twenty minute boat ride, and one hour of surfing in the blue waters of the pacific. The waves are the perfect size for beginners with a break right next to it that is also suitable for more experienced riders. Instructors are personable and experienced surfers who will get you riding waves in no time.

Video and photos of the session are also available in case you want to take back more than just your tan. They offer both group and private lessons.

Surf Lesson (Group)
HSA instructors specialize in beginning surf lessons that are very patient and easy to work with if you're a beginner. You get a 30 minute instruction in a boat ride to the surf break. The lesson includes your rental board, 30 minute land lesson, boat ride to private surf break, secluded surf spot and best of all no big crowds like a Waikiki Beach.

Surf Lesson (Private)
If your serious about surfing a private lesson with experienced HSA instructors is the best way to learn to this sport. You'll get one on one instruction on the best techniques to get surfing as quickly as possible. The lesson includes everything that a group lesson includes but also gets you a private instructor.
